Birthday first time out for years due to a illness I had the worst experience had a hair in my food still was made to pay for the meal manager was so so rude and intimidating Ive come home literally so upset havent been out for years due to a phobia plucked up the coriuge to go out and got put down and treated badly by the manager

- - We were seated Fri 27 Oct at 9:05 under Tasha.
- - Shrimp cold/half; replaced; Prosecco warm.
- - Lobster rubbery; chicken cold; chips burnt; two-hour wait.
They did not reply
We ordered the shrimp to start which was overcooked cold and half a portion we got it changed which was much better and a full portion my prosecco came that was warm and had to be changed. Waiter brought someone elses food to us when our food did arrive chicken was cold chips burnt and greasy Lobster was awful like rubber and full of water I was told big easy have changed suppliers and lobster is not as good if thats the case it should be taken off the menu grantrd we got 20% off the bill but it took us two hours to get there and I didn't even have a meal
