Resolved: I'm not gonna let this go
- - Deposited money and played; bonuses were added and forfeited on withdrawal; Bitcoin withdrawal blocked by wagering claim; Won 1500, bonus remains.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. I was rewarded with my winnings. Keep calling customer service and have them escalate it to push your winnings to be flushed.
So far they have flushed my winnings, meaning they processed my winnings and should be in my account this Monday so we will see if they follow through
First, I deposited my own money and played through the playthrough. Then, I was playing with my own money and you kept adding bonuses to my account, which my statement shows is forfeited every time I attempt to withdraw my funds. The last time I used Bitcoin to withdraw the funds and your excuse is that I had a wager?!? Definitely not.
Now I win $1500 and played through your supposed wager, only to see there's still this bonus lingering on my account. I have all the proof I need to follow through with this and I'm going to the authorities if this isn't taken care of.

It's the company's customer service that is horrible.I love playing at big dollar and the sister casino , but I dread anytime that I need to reach out to customer service because it's horrible

3 weeks and I haven’t received my withdrawal
- - Withdrawal 12/17/2025; status 12/22/2025 cited a holiday delay.
- - As of 1/5/2026, funds not received.
- - Three weeks is not timely.
I submitted a withdrawal on 12/17/2025—a week before the holidays. I emailed on 12/22/2025 to check the status and was told to expect a delay due to the holidays.
I emailed again and was told that they would resume operations on 1/2/2026. It’s 1/5/2026 and I still haven’t received my money. I don’t have time to babysit people who are supposed to process withdrawals in a timely manner.
Three weeks is not timely! I’m not spending another dime at this site.

I have played at BetBigDollar.com casino for for a couple years and never took a withdraw. I had a good hit, went through multiple things to "verify" who I was and completed that, then they paid me for the first time, no problem.
i felt very safe playing here at that time and that they were fair. A short while after that, I hit a jackpot for $55,000. I withdrew only $4,940. They dropped that to $1,000, saying I used a bonus "over 100%" and then they took $51,000 out of my account!
This is a total rip off. The first time I had a hit? I used a bonus over 100% as well, but was paid in full. When you take a bonus with a deposit, they set a HUGE amount of money you have to play before you can withdraw anything.
If you try to withdraw before you play through the bonus, it will not allow you and even gives you a percentage where you are in the process of playing through and a line graph to track your playthrough amount. I played through this and then some. For the $4.940, I received this email:
Congratulations on your recent withdrawal of $1000! We're delighted to see your winnings paid out successfully and you should soon receive it.
Please note that the remaining amount ($3940) has been removed as your winnings originated from a match bonus greater than 100%.
This is false.
There is nothing written that says you get paid less for a win with a match greater than 100% as every bonus they offer is more than 100%, and given I had done this previously, it should not have been a problem. But when I went into my account, they took all of my winnings out of my account WITH no notice, no email, no phone call and no warning. They literally took the winnings out of my account!

This casino literally stole $55,000 out of my account. I have played at a lot of online casinos and this has never happened to me ever.
At the very least, the money that is in my account should be mine to play through.
They can remove the total amount of the bonus I used when I played. But they can't take my actual winnings just because I hit a jackpot.

I'm highly pissed off! I been playing for a while on Big Dollar and have cashed out 1000.00 before and a few other small amounts, but the day I play for hours and got my winnings up to 12600.
I was told I can only cash out up to 10,000. Ok so I did. I been checking my account and nothing has been deposited. So I reach back out to Big dollar only to be told that they took my funds because I didn't deposit in between bonuses!!!...I have a life and I work very hard so if I claim a bonus sometimes it will expire and when I get ready to claim it..it says "Bonus has expired".
So I'll choose another bonus and deposit funds to play on that one!.
