Good company, good folks

I live in Spokane Valley, WA and Big Daddy had the best price on the 2020 Cherokee 39SR trailer that we could find, nationwide. We ordered the trailer and Jericho was our sales rep. Really a good guy, answered all our questions, great communication and kept us up to date with the purchase process. Unfortunately, Cherokee made a drastic change in their design from the 2020 to 2021 trailer, and when the trailer arrived we had to unwind the deal. Not at all the fault of Big Daddy or Jericho. Now that the factory has made the design change we are back to the drawing board looking for a new trailer, but I would HIGHLY recommend these folks. Down to earth people. Unbeatable pricing and great customer service. Jerrell Snell Spokane Valley, WA I left some stars with "1 star", not because they were bad, but they did not pertain to us.

Bait and switch

After completing the financing and taking possession of the RV I was informed that it had been wrecked by one of the owners. They did a poor job on making the repairs and are not customer oriented at all. I had to find another dealer that assisted me in getting warranty work done. It took over a year to get a sofa replaced.

User's recommendation: Stay away as the GM will not follow through with his promises.

Don't use this company

Hello all my friends and RVers out there. This is the start of our campaign against Jason Grimm (GM), Neal and Brian Deaton (owners) and Bigdaddys RV. I really need some help for my boyfriend. He is so discusseded about the way Jason Grimm, BigDaddys RV personnel (Parts manager Tommy) and the owners of Bigdaddys Neal and Brian Deaton. We have address our issues that will be listed below and no one and I mean no one is addressing these issues. So if we could please do me a favor, spread the word, this guy Jason Grimm is a very disrespectful person, a person that is a habitual lier (he was lied to more than 12 to 15 times over a 3 month period. This guy lies like it's just normal for him. It was so blatant, we just don't understand how he doesn't know the people he is talking to knows it's just lies coming out the guys mouth.) We have ALL documented of every conversation made throughout this process and Jason Grimm doesn't deserve his job. No man deserves to make that kind of money running a multi million dollar business and treat people this way. Jason Grimm will get you in the door, promise you this or that to get you financed and then Screw You after. Jason Grimm thinks once you are financed, that is all he cares about, then his lies will begin. He lies to his employees and owners to cover his *** for his lies. We have reached out to both owners of Bigdaddys Neal and Brian Deaton and for some reason, the owners dont seam to care either. Neither of them have reached out to us to address our issues. We have contacted the owners and they will not contact my boyfriend back. We have called many many times and Jason Grimm has informed everyone to disregard his issues and for some reason we've been shund. My boyfriend was nice not to charge BigDaddys for basically 17 days he had to stay in a hotel due to the lies he said about his generator was ordered and wasnt till we made a stink. Jason said he would pay for his hotel during this period but my boyfriend was excited about the RV, he said he would only turn in 7 of the 17 days in the hotel. We provided a breakdown receipt that took my boyfriend few hrs to produce so he was only charging them for 7 days. We couldnt get the Hotels.com to give him a receipt for just the 7 days so we were able to provide a receipt for 7 days only for like $1100. My boyfriend paid an additional $1500 to stay in the hotel due to the RV had no power for over 2 weeks waiting on the generator that he paid for in his loan. Now this is the crazy thing, Jason Grimm said before the RV LEFT HIS LOCATION ON 4/19/19 RECEIVED ON 4/22/19 THIS IS THE KICKER, HIS GENERATOR WASNT ORDERED LIKE JASON SAID AND WE DIDNT RECEIVE GENERATOR 1 MONTH AFTER WE BOUGHT RV. So this just tells you how nice my boyfriend was to BigDaddy for not charging them for 17 days in hotel that Jason said he would pay for but we only charged for 7 days only which he still hasnt been paid back for. Now, if you have as many issues as the above and below, you deserve to get help to resolved especially when you spend with financing over $58,000.00 with Bigdaddys which now, he is out of pocket over $10,000 for an RV he too is making payments on for an RV thst is damaged and still missing 3 items on a list from 7 months ago that is estimated to be about $3100 worth of items wrong or missing. Let's break the rest of this last now 7 LONG months down: 1) on 4/4/19, my boyfriend called Bigdaddy and a sales rep answered his call (I think Jack was his name) He said to Jack, you have a pin and paper? He said, this is going to be the easiest sale of your life. My boyfriend said ok, I want this RV thsts on your lot, then I want these items installed and added to the cost of my RV so when it arrives in Florida, it was ready to live like we living in our house back home. Jack wrote down everything on the list and the RV . Well for someone that had to write 17 item list that all the items were in there on location store and the PUMA RV, Jack was able to provide a estimate on 4/8/19 (4 days later) and only 7 items was on the estimate. He had a 770 score across the board so my boyfriend was pissed and told him we were going with someone else because this guy just wasn't getting it and was like he didn't care about us. Well, here is where Jason Grimm comes into the picture. Jsson calls my boyfriend and begs him to stay with BIGDADDYS and he will personally take his file over and we will deal with no one else but him plus he will take care of him in the store. We said, ok we will trust you to get this RV going because we were needing the RV in Florida ASAP because at that time, it was to pricey to stay in hotels. It took from 4/4 to 4/22 to finally get a RV that all they had to do is write down on a piece of paper which we confirmed like 5 times the list of 17 items with 4 different people in the office. On 4/10/19 and also on 4/11/19 he was told by Jason and the financial manager that they ordered the items already on the list and some have come on already and they are installing as we speak. Jason was in the office with financing manager going over list again with us and was told then too, they were installing everything and the RV was leaving for delivery on 4/16/19. Didnt leave till 4/19 and received on 4,/22 at 12am in the morning. So RV shows, we walked the RV and go friggen figure, nothing was installed. We were told they were installing his extras he paid for and is included in the loan. Now this is just crazy crazy; 17 items was on our list, 8 items showed out of the 17 and out of the 8 here 4 of the items were wrong items that we didnt order or they delivered wrong items that we went over 5 6 7 times. For example, asked for DirecTV received Dish network, asked for washer/dryer oversized combo (we provided them with the model and brand name that was in there store) and we receive small load and a stackable. My boyfriend. Jason and financial manager went over the washer that day we all talked and we were told things were being installed as they were speaking to him in the office. which was a lie by Jason Grimm because nothing was installed in his brand new RV. The RV WAS DELIVERED At this time 7 months later still doesn't have what is on his contract and paid for. We are still missing our $1000 dollar x2 lithium battery, XC Extra Capacity washer dryer(which was at there locations store), I too noticed while doing this and going through everything on my contract, I didnt receive the camping kit and last, Jason was going to throw in the sway tow bars package which we never received per Jason for the hassle he went through. 2) Now, his tags that he too paid out of pocket $2,653.60 for as well he still doesnt have, which Jason Grimm lied about saying it was mailed to his mother's which lives in another country. 3) out of pocket money he put out that my boyfriend was told he would be reimbursed for by Jason Grimm and Parts manager Tommy for all the items he lied about were being installed never were. That was like $1050 for everything that needed to be installed was. 4) items received and were wrong that was addressed in walk-through and Jason Grimm wont correct. 5) damage to his RV by installers and was on walk-through list and Jason Grimm doesn't care. The floor in the master was damaged when they dragged the washer across the floor damaging it. Then when they installed the washer, the hose to the washer wasn't all the way in the drain and the kitchen, living room master, washer room, storage room next to wash room and the closet was damaged from the washer flooring 3 times. This was too told to Tommy all 3 times with photos and showing water running out the RV ONTO the ground. No one has called back on this and we have damage to the cabinets, walls, flooring and framing due to the flooding. 6) His legs to the Power Jack's are damaged and dont work. When they delivered the unit to the final testing spot the delivery man drops RV at location in sand with no support under RV or power jack legs and it rained for 4 days or so and the entire RV sinks into ground 2' and bent legs which photos were sent to Tommy (Parts Manager) and Jason Grimm doesn't care. 7) NOW, THIS IS THE BEST OF THE BEST. HE HAD THE WALK-THROUGH WITH DELIVERY GUYS AT 12:15am till 2am in a Home depot parking lot. There was a huge list of issues and to this day, NO ONE and I MEAN NO ONE HAS CONTACTED HIM ABOUT LIST which the permit girl, Tommy, financial guy and Jason Grimm sll know about the list and no one seams to care. As of now, $2,000 is still owed for hotel and installs of extras that we were told was done that's why it took 18 days to get the RV and 29 days to get generator. $2600 for his tags he too paid for out of pocket. $3100 for items wrong or havent received to this day. Please re-post this and let's see how many me can get to view. This is a protest against and boycott against Bigdaddy RV in London Kentucky as long as this man Jason Grimm is in charge. PLEASE ALL, POST THIS. NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE SPENDING MONEY AT THIS PLACE WEATHER ITS $5 OR OVER $58,000 ALL TOGETHER, NO ONE SHOUKD BE TREATED LIKE THIS. Now that it seams no one cares, we are going to send this to every news organization in the surrounding area, to the cities ethical comity, BBB, To ALL business in the surrounding areas of BIGDADDYS , YELP and then do a Facebook and Twitter campaign to reach out to anyone that searches for an RV in the area. Plus send this to ALL RV stores in the area and Forest River as well to inform them of what there competition is doing to there customers. We thank you for your time here and I truly hope that no one has to go through this type of disrespect from a man like Jason Grimm. Jason Grimm, let's see if you care now. I'm sure of all the news stations on this link and Forest River executive, I hope you care now bud.
