Update: He came and fixed all of the problems with the sprinklers and apologized for the terrible customer service.

First off, Chuck was wonderful at the time he installed the sprinklers. After a day or two we noticed that there was a water puddle by one of the sprinklers, but we thought that it was on too long. After a few days, we turned the sprinkler system during the day (it was on at midnight, since we have pets), and the sprinkler head was not glued properly, so it leaked every time it was on. He did come a few days later, and told me that he did not have the glue with him, but that he would come in an hour or so to fix the problem. The crew also left one of the sprinkler's head too long, and we started tripping on it, when he came to fix the leaking sprinkler I advised him of this, and asked if he could shorten it, he said no problem. After waiting for over two hours, I called him and told him that I had to go run an errand to run, but would leave the gate open. He said he would come in a little bit, he never showed up, somebody did come and fix it, but they forgot to fix the protruding sprinkler head. I called a few times, with out an answer, so I sent a text, and he apologized, and that someone would fix it the next day, they never showed up, sent another text, the same response, somebody would be there the next day. It never happened. A few months later, another sprinkler was not working again, the same thing, made several appointments, never showed up. Now, another sprinkler is leaking, I have make 3 appointments, he did not keep any of them. I had to call or text every time, because he just ignores you. Still have two sprinkler's that do not work. Now, I have to find somebody else, and pay them to fix the problems. The work is still under warranty, but I can't get him to make good on it.
