Not sure of what format this is but as far as Big Blue Swim School in Lakewood awsome staff very well trained instructors. Couldn't ask for a better environment for my child

- - Canceled classes in 4/2023 due to chlorine allergy, but charges continued.
- - Bank charged 160 in 7/2023; monthly charges continued to about $500.
Very disappointed!!! My son after 1 st class had allergic reaction to chlorine and per his allergist can not go to pools so I called and canceled classes in 4/2023.
In 7/23 I saw on bank account they charged me $160 so i looked back - they never cancelled my membership! They keep charging me every month since 4/2023!!! Im fighting with them for almost $500.
Nobody returns my calls, finally manager Sheila called and she was no help, very rude! My other friend had similar situation and she still waiting for her money !!!

They offer an grand opening promotion of 4 class for $25.00 and after the 2nd class I was charged $160.00 for recruiting classes that I never signed nor agreed to get.. This is not acceptable..
