Raising price to almost double with no notice at all - not by phone , email or letter

After years of being a loyal customer they raised my price without any notice. No letter in mail, no phone call no nothing. I find out day of service that that they are running late ( keep in mind 3 hr window ) that my rate is being raised to almost double. Leaving a tech to explain due to covid they are forced to raise the price. I then called office and requested phone call where week went by with no return call. I then call again in morning requesting phone call and did get call at 7 pm where he said nothing he could do that they raised prices period. No sympathy they just didnt care I was on budget or loyal customer for decades No sympathy no concerns no apologies no nothing. There are a lot of companies out there that are much lower and do the same thing. Dont go with. Company that does less and less for you and not value you as a customer. I am outraged at how they can treat their loyal customers and the rudeness and lack of caring. Dont do business with company that doesnt care for there are better companies out there that will care and address your needs abd financial budget
