I walked up to the shop after driving an hour to get an estimate for costume headers, the owner was rude and disrespectful. He is very arrogant to the point he turned me away due to him not having enough experience to complete the job. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Big 3 stands by their work.
I had a performance Pontiac engine built by another shop. When it was time to install the the engine I was still recovering from shoulder surgery and asked Aaron and his team to install the engine.
They agreed but suggested I let them run the engine on an engine Dyno. After the first start up the engine developed excessive heat and the dyno run was shut down. Big 3 tore it down and discovered the cam bearings had spun. The original shop to build my motor kept insisting nothing was wrong even though the dyno run showed excessive heat.I was out the cost of the rebuild and would have lost my rear end if I had run the engine that the original builder said was fine.
Big 3 fixed it up and it ran great but blew a rear seal.
They pulled the engine again and fixed it. Standing behind your work and growing from experience is where Big 3 stands out.Well done Big 3.

Unbelievable Experience
I am not a novice when it comes to my classic car and when I took it to Big 3 it was clear that I brought my car to the right place. I've spent thousands of dollars with Aaron restoring my Chevelle and the quality of work was top notch.
More important though was the advice and the direction I received on the job. It clear that I was paying them for their expertise and not the work.
These guys know their stuff and I couldn't be more proud of my car and count myself luck to be a member of the Big 3 Performance Family!
Complaints and Sueing Big 3
True, nobody had sued them. Here is the reason, to get a lawyer for a lawsuit, the retainer is 5,000. Why chase good money after bad.
Who am I? I have taken my vehicle to Big 3 Performance, before Aaron bought the business, and still to this day.
I still get repairs done there, but I know the individuals that filed complaints on here, and they are telling you the way it is.
Issues have raisen with my repairs, I was not happy with the answer, but I bit my tongue and lived with it. Aaron is a person you need to learn how to get along with, he is big-right all the time-and likes to back stabbed. Just how much will you tolerate.
I am not a Aaron hater, by no means, just another business owner, that knows what it is like dealing with customers Day In Day Out.
I have not read about anyone suing Big 3 Performance for these large sums af money
I have read many negative reviews regarding Big 3 Performance and nowhere did I see that they were sued, let alone paid back, for any of these large sums of money. I take my vehicles there for regular maintenance and repairs and refer all of my friends there with sports cars, muscle cars and any other cars for maintenance, restoration and customizing.
I have yet to here a complaint.
I have referred my friends to this site and it has only made them more curious to see how good their service actually is! Again, I and many people I know trust them with all of our cars.

My wife and family members are customers of Big 3 performance (2011 and up)in green bay wi and just love them!! I guess we are surprised to read some of the accusations in this site for we know the team. I encourage "future customers" and or people questioning this site gossip to contact them first hand and I guess make a decision for yourself.
We "heard" that their were many issues (stealing for one) with this company name from Waukesha and the 2 short years it was moved to green bay and went threw some management changes.
Just glad to know them and their work ethics now. Big 3 Performance has been their for my family many times!! Thanks guys!

Sold parts, never delivered, kept money
Stay away from these guys. Took my money, kept my parts, won't answer the phone.
Check out their ebay feed back as well before giving them any money, sells under the name "8seccuda" Owners name is Aaron Stauber. I spent hours trying to get a hold of him to get my parts and he doesn't answer the phone or email. Gets others to do his dirty work. Very poor way to run a business.
Ended up taking a couple months to finally resolve the whole ordeal. Very troublesome.
Stay away if you don't want a huge headache.
Good luck to any poor sole that takes their car to him.

DO NOT Expect magizene quality work like what is falsly advertised!
The current staff at Big 3 Performance represents that the magazine plaques in their showroom and some of the pictures on their website as work they have done and it is not true! All that work comes from the original staff and founders of Big3 in Waukesha and the fact is you can read that for yourself if you ever take the time to read any of the articles that the "new" Big 3 is displaying in their showroom.
The Black C6 vette, Oragne pro-touring GTO, Escalade V, Gray Mustang "Cammer", Black supercharged Viper, sweet looking finished rolling cahssis etc... Are all pre Green Bay staff... The current Green Bay staff claims that work as their own and that they can duplicate that quality but I have yet to see any new press supporting such claims.
One lucky customer was able to avoid massive cash losses by doing his research and that is why I am providing this review as I know him. One of the unfinished Wangers GTO's was purchased by my friend and he was told that the Green Bay staff could finish the build for 6+figures they claimed to have worked on the original and it was found to be untrue with simple research. My friend bought the car and had it finished in Waukesha after contacting the originator of the GTO concept from the original Big 3 Performance in Waukesha. He saved nearly 100k under this guidance and finished the car for around 40k plus the 30k to buy the rolling car.
I tell you this, buyer beware find out what kind of people you are dealing with before you spend any cash and get everything in paper if you plane to deal with the Green Bay staff. Good luck and God Bless!

I understand your frustration. In his defense he is the most Christian guy out there. Just ask him! He is exactly like the small group of individuals that make most Muslims look bad. Either you are a Christian or your are not!
I happen to know the individual you are talking about. Here is how he views (his)religion. I say his because I have no idea what religion he practices.
( this is my opinion based on the facts by watching and listening to him.) He does and says whatever he wants because "sometimes you have to be harsh with people to get their attention." In his mind you can be rude and vulgar because he is "saved" . I've heard him tell his wife, "to get off her *** *** and go tell that *** ***" etc. etc. etc.
I've heard him talk about Robert Cloud ( the original owner) an his "worthless piece of *** kids" by the way who's *** he immediately started sucking after their Father passed away so he could scam the business from them.
If he ever talked to me the way I heard him talk to other people, he would be wearing dentures right now!
I think someone should record this *** and go expose him at his church.
Don't fear people. *** will be hitting the fan at big3 soon! That's a promise. He will be forced out! He is going to find out very soon how the business world really works and that you can't sit and run your mouth about people without any repercussions! Maybe he should start praying to his God now!
Hiring employees and contractors
I am the owner @ Big 3 Performance and have gave some opportunities to certain people that say "Oh yea I can do all of that and they have trouble changing oil!" Remember righty tighty and lefty loosy!! I have high expectations of my employees or contractors.
Some people just are lazy and are not cut out for this line of work.
Other issues are easily explained if "customers" understand what parts THEY provided and $$ it take to install. CUST.
"here install this" BIG3 "we must remove transmission to install" CUST. well so and so said you can do it in truck" BIG 3 "Well take it their then." That is the short of these so called I AM PISSED by the no name joke.
Need New Management
The (one of the owners)that is running this business has no clue as to what he is doing, with customer service, charges, and dealing with stress. This owner is rude and vulgar to his costumers, both in shop and on the phone. His religion is really getting in the way of running a business. His views are clouding his judgment, and handles different people accordingly. My big mistake was not saying no, to being over charged. Lost a tune of 6,000.00 plus.
Have went to another shop and was shocked at what Big 3 missed and never fixed.
This owner should start, first , with treating his employees with respect, and telling customers his problems with them. Second, he could be taken to court for the remarks about his employees, he make. Yes if you have been employed by Big 3 take them to court. The law is on your side.
Please stop cutting at good paying customer, to your click of customers/friends.
Also stop over inflating shop hours, if your employees have nothing to work on, do not continue to waste time on my project.
poor customer service
The work from this shop is of some quality. However if there is any bit of discrepancy expect poor results.
The big guy who works the desk is short tempered ,insulting and tries to be intimidating. . The attempt to discuss the issue resulted in him swearing and being quite rude.i feel things could have been discussed and easily worked out. Instead i was yelled at and very firmly told to leave his building immeaditly.
The customer service skills in this business leave for much improvement. It is unfortunate that a shop of this quality is represented in such poor manner.
Do not go to Big 3 Performance
I brought my vehicle in to have a performance kit installed in the transmission. These guys had my vehicle for 5 days and could not fully complete the job.
I had them call another shop in IL that knows what they are doing for help and they were rude to these people who wanted to help them. The owner was swearing at one of them over the phone.
Well after 5 days I told them to just put it back together with what work they had done and I would just drive the 3.5 hours to have someone who knew what they were doing finish the work. This is a kit that should be installed in 4 to 6 hours by a compitent shop.

The employee that is running this business has no clue as to what he is doing. He is extremely rude and vulgar to his costumers.
His religion is getting in the way of running a business. His views are clouding his judgement. All I can say is if you want you car worked on in a timely manner do not bring it to this business. It will sit for months before anything gets started.
This is how they get you locked in for their services. They had one good employee but unfortunately he is no longer their. What a shame.
The doors will close AGAIN!! History will repeat itself.

I've read this "complaint".
Think it's interesting out of all my loyal customers there is one (spineless) one that I guess doesn't leave his name and considers me a backstabber. Who's backstabbing who? On the web and in my shop I guess?? Nice how the individual still comes to us for work yet???
FYI. .. there are a handful of people that probably don't like me or my work. Sorry but the truth is there are people no matter what you can't make happy.
I guarantee if I have an issue with someone I go to the source not the keyboard! Stop by and we'll have a little chat.
Business owner here as well. Comment is truly written well.
We as business owner, everyday, have to ask, then.request and finally have to threaten to get our money. Yes, Aaron is all that and yes learn to deal with it.
