Don’t trust
I won an item at an auction for the palace of auburn hills. 45 minutes after winning, the item I won was put back up for auction for people to continue bidding. Don’t use or trust this company.

Auction scam
Recently I had bid and won a "2012 ACCUTEK FILLER" from bidspotter.com - M# 00-550-000, S/N A-17 20****
*Item Subject to Bulk Bid 421A
*Greater of Bulk 421A
*The Aggregate of the Piecemeal Lots 422-436
*Rigging: $450 extra plus$250 special pallet fee
When the package had arrived via freight I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and packing skills utilized as the product(s) pieces where placed on 2 pallets banged, bent, damaged beyond repair due to packing, covered in dust.
Overall this clearly was not what was shown in the photos at the time of purchase. Please take your time and review the images initially provided by the seller and the new images provided by me upon arrival.
Preferred solution: Full refund
False descriptions of online auction items
Saw a auction with several tool boxes for sale. The description stated "lista style" tool storage cabinet.
Knowing "lista" boxes are extremely expensive and well built and known to hold lots a weight, I called the auction site and asked how much weight the drawers would hold? Alex stated, "60-70lbs no problem"....After winning the bid and receiving the box, and it is a pile of ***!..
The drawers barely hold themselves. The slides are so cheaply built that when opening 3 of the drawers during inspection, the plastic clips that connect the slides to the drawer, snapped!!

- False descriptions
Preferred solution: Full refund

OK , now I get it - this is the pile of junk you received in the photos included with your second post ... that is a lovely unit in these photos and someone heaped and trashed it like that ?
Then charged extra ? That is beyond terrible and virtually unusable.
The 3rd party website from which you obtained this is not solely to blame ; the owner/seller/shipper is responsible for reasonable care and they surely didn't employ it.What you decide to do depends : if you're an expert, you can likely reassemble (time consuming)...not an expert - could easily become a hopeless quagmire that may never work right. If you are justifiably angry, seek restitution and removal.
