I would give a zero if I could for the inconvenience and inconsiderate driver of your van and passenger that asked us to wait for 10 minutes while they finish their delivery. Unacceptable.

Hello,

This is my second attempt to resolve this issue. On 2/17/2026 around 7 PM, I ordered a bowl from the Schaumburg, IL location with two proteins on it: beef and chicken.

I ordered from Uber Eats. The packaging was sealed; however, there was no chicken or beef in it. I called the store and explained. I also sent a picture of the food and the invoice.

Jason, the store manager, contacted me and stated that it was Uber Eats' fault, which it is not. The cook never put the meats in the bowl. Jason wanted me to download the app so he could give me extra stuff on top of the refund, which I told him I just want the refund for the food that I ordered, which came out to $31.01.

I still have not received my refund. I can provide you with the text message from Jason and the pictures of the food and receipt.

User's recommendation: Go to Store and pickup, check the order before leaving.or order from another company. Seems they are having major problems and corporate does'nt want to deal with it, they let the stores handle it, which they don't.
