Worse than Walmart!

I didn't think this store could get any lower in customer service, ie: no greeting, no smiles, no one available to help you find something. I get it, they are minimum wage, they don't care if they get fired. I really didn't think a store could get worse than Walmart but congratulations this store of yours did. All human lines were 5+ deep, I went to self check out 3 of the 4 kiosks were blinking I tried mine and it quit. The girl in charge of taking care of this got a cell call and went outside to take it! I went back to wait into the incredibly understaffed check outs and expressed my distain with the customer service and "Dakota" said we are understaffed and nothing they could do and began to argue with me. I gave suggestions of the many, many ways you could improve. Harris Teeter and Publix subscribe to a different customer service and management style apparently, if this happened at one of there stores I would be treated like a King! You all could give a shiit! No wonder your stores are failing! Get better customer service and management or you will be the next Winn Dixie/Piggly Wiggly! Can't wait to drive by your store without having to stop because of convenience!

BI-LO is past the point of no return. It cannot pay its associates well to keep them employed.

It has closed and is closing stores that eliminated bakery, deli, grocery, meat/seafood, pharmacy, and produce/floral departments. Why bother shopping at BI-LO when hypermarket Walmart Supercenter and supermarkets Harris Teeter, Ingle's, Publix, and Walmart Neighborhood Market are better?

Senior Discount

I saw the senior discount advertised for Wednesday so I waited to shop on Wednesday. The checker knew nothing about a senior discount and so she asked another checker and was told that you have to call the number on your card in the morning before you shop to get the discount. This was never disclosed when the discount was advertised. I have been shopping at Bi lo for 25 years but that is my last purchase there. I am tired of being ripped off.

Ripped off

walked to bi-lo sunday Monday and Tuesday to get a flu shot all 3 times I was turned away because they where under staffed I had to walk to this store....I think you owe me a free turkey the thing that got me was sunday there was nobody in the store now I know the pharmacist was alone but we were the only people in the store …..how long does it take to give a shot this is the worst bi lo in the state.....1315 pleasantburg dr Greenville sc I have been to many other stores and there all great way better then publix but the 1315 "the worst" pleasantburg is the worst in the state except for the pharmacy the in the store people are friendly and do there jobs the problem is there extremely understaffed

I would expect BI-LO #5563 to be on guard knowing that other nearby stores (BI-LO #5016, Kmart Plaza; and BI-LO #5704, Verdae Boulevard) have closed or are in the process of closing. I am glad there are Harris Teeter #420 on Augusta Street and Publix #602 on South Pleasantburg Drive nearby.

Aggravated at bi lo

When checking out in Laurens s c bi lo Kirby was bagging my stuff. She threw MY crackers, like they were made out of iron did the same thing to my drinks. The people here need to know that once it's rung up it is mine. They need to be shown how to bag the customer groceries

I agree about the way the ads are delivered. I live - zip 29229 - I pay $200 a month in HOA fees to maintain the neighborhood. All of that is a waste when these weekly ads litter the neighborhood.

Bilo should go out of business

I have worked for Bilo in Gastonia 633, for 5 years, i have worked really hard at my jobs, from bagger to cashier to stockers, when i worked, i was promised that i was the next person to get a full time job, at least 7 people got the full time job before i even had the chance. 5 years later, i was taken a chance to do frozen stock 3rd shift by myself, then somehow i was doing 3rd shift grocery no pay raise, still part time. got an ulcer out of it. then i was doing 1st shift stocking, or helping out, then 3rd shift working frozen and grocery no help from anyone except getting complaints from the store manager (R.D.) finally i confronted R.D. saying that i need to be full time with a pay raise for the amount of work i do, all i got was a utter uhhh and walked away. kind of pissed me off, after battling it out for over 5 months of trying to get on board with full time and pay raise which was 20 cents pushes me over the edges when i know half the people who was working 3rd was making over 13 an hour, i was making 8.50. so im doing 2 jobs doing 3rd and 1st with only 2 days off, being a part timer, making part time money, while everyone has a day of their choice of what day they can have off but i dont, and getting complaints from the store manager R.D. almost everyday because i couldnt get it done by myself, which tired me and got an ulcer, tried to contact the supervisor, nothing from him, then finally quit after trying to battling the sleep and the work and the complaints and after i rested up and got my mind straight, i tried the Human resources, because i was working in a working hostile environments and they pretty much pick up the phone and say hey and hang up. so in other words what Bilo does best, Pick up the rug and swept under it, i have tired every possible way to get some type of justice out of this case, and the only thing that seems to be a logical fix is to put my foot up their ***, they are THE worst company to ever work for, they should have gone out of business when they filed the chapter 11 back in 11. i have tried emailing the company, calling, contacting anyone in bilo, but no luck, so i dont know weather to quit or keep trying because what they did to me, was so wrong, and how they treated me, after everything i have done for them, i made them look pretty good. so my advice to everyone, get rid of bilo, contact someone higher up to get them to go out of business, dont ever shop there, dont ever work there.

BI-LO #5633 remains in business indeed. It opened as BI-LO #633 as a replacement store for an older location.

BI-LO #633 became BI-LO #5633 after BI-LO acquired Winn-Dixie and all BI-LO store locations were renumbered into the 5### range. Two other BI-LO store locations in Gastonia and one BI-LO store location in Belmont have closed.

Bi Lo - Lobster Review from Burlington, Vermont

I ordered a lobster and i ask for the lobster to be steam and they say okay but it will be 30min because they had to turn the steamer on so I said o.k. I'll wait.I waited 45min so I ask the lady how long for my lobster and she said it Wil be another 30min because she turn the steamer on but someone else turn it off.I was Furious. So I told the manager and act if though she didn't care but did apologize but I waited about an hour just to leave with no lobster and a hour out of my day for nothing....

Review about Check Payment in Chattanooga, Tennessee

My grandmother and I had a buggy full of groceries and went through the line went to pay for our things with a check and because my grandma cashed a check earlier this week they wouldn't except that one. She had plenty of money in the bank but wouldn't use her card because the refused to take her check. We then went to get pizza and gas with her card and had no problem. Bi-lo not excepting peoples checks will cause them to close doors. This is insane.

Disrespectful manager at bilo in Elberton, Ga

I was standing in line ready to check out and a young lady (light skinned, and heavyset) came in to ask about an application she had asked about previously I believe and I stood there and watched that manager be so disrespectful to her. The young lady had done nothing wrong from what I could see was just looking for a job and here is this women just pretty much talking down on her like she was just some trash that walked in the door then had the nerve after the girl left to talk about her to an employee I'll make it my goal to never go back there and to let everyone know what she did. There is no reason on this earth to act like she did.
