Poor management of property
The property I live in, managed by BHOM Student Living, is falling apart. Nothing in the building works, including security cameras, entry doors, or package centers.
The staff is unfriendly and very unhelpful when resolving issues. Lastly, they blatantly violate their lease as they enter our units without notice and search through our things without any permission or reasoning.
User's recommendation: Do not ever live here and if you already do, sue them for mismanagement, disgusting.

No one called me back
North Point Crossing in Collegestation has donated my bike even after I was told to come get it once they are about to donate all the bikes they have so I can come look for mine. They donated all the bikes two weeks earlier leaving me without a bike.
