- Staff are unfriendly and enter units without notice, violating the lease.
The property I live in, managed by BHOM Student Living, is falling apart. Nothing in the building works, including security cameras, entry doors, or package centers.
The staff is unfriendly and very unhelpful when resolving issues. Lastly, they blatantly violate their lease as they enter our units without notice and search through our things without any permission or reasoning.
User's recommendation: Do not ever live here and if you already do, sue them for mismanagement, disgusting.
