I ordered several items from BH,over $128. One item, a snow globe arrived broken...the bird inside the globe had come loose. I sent BH an email asking where to return and a pre-paid return label...Their reponse was...sorry and send us a picture!!! Get Real..your product arrived broken and a picture is not going to change that...well since then, BH has elected to ignore my calls and emails. I returned the broken globe at my expense of $13.70. (I am retired on very limited fixed income) The USPO tracking confirmed my return was received and signed for by a A. Morrison on Tuesday Dec. 16th...Still no word!!! This left me hanging as to if I could get this item replaced - I specifically wanted two identical globes. Well they got my money...I guess they have never heard of client service, consumer relations, etc. Perhaps I should end them a picture!!! My last resort is to stop paymnet via credit card...I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS CO AGAIN...

B&H sells IPOD Touch version apple never manufactured

I had purchased an Ipod touch 3rd gen 8gb from B&H 3yrs ago and it stopped updating a year ago. After going back and forth between apple and B&H. Apple never made Ipod touch 3rd gen in 8Gb. Now B&H says it was their mistake but nothing can be done. The most unprofessional retailer. The order details clearly says I was sold 3rd gen Apple IPOD. The customer care person replied to me saying Dear Customer. We have researched your concern in regards to your APPLE IPOD TOUCH 8GB. Please be aware that Apple has never manufactured a 3rd Generation of this Ipod and at that time, the one you purchased was the latest model available. All Ipods come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty through Apple. If you are having an issue with yours it would need to be sent into Apple which they would repair it at a cost as past the warranty period. We apologize that our system had it the description listed incorrectly and for any inconvenice. XXXXX. B&H Photo Video and Pro Audio

B & H is bad business all the way! Avoid like the plague.

B&H Electronics is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Customer service would be nothing more than an oxymoron there. No respect for customers or for what is right in a business dealing. I wouldn't even trust these folks with my worst enemy's money! I purchased audio cables from them through their website. The text description was poorly written so I had to depend on their online product photo to identify the type of cables I needed. I thought all was well until I receive the cables - they were NOT as pictured in the online store photo. I thought, "no problem, it's a simple error and they will correct it." Yeah, right! They actually REFUSED to even EXCHANGE the cables for the correct ones I needed, even after they ADMITTED that the product photo in their online store was THE WRONG PHOTO! What audacity, which rhymes with IDIOCY, btw! That's fine, I lost out on that purchase - they stole my money and now I have cables of no use to me - but they lose in the end. I wouldn't buy a product from that company if it could be used to save my life! I do, however, subscribe to their enormous print catalog and though I don't read it, it makes fine paper for all sorts of uses (grill fire kindling, bird cage droppings, egg shell wrapping before they go in the trash and eventually the recycler gets them and the pages are turned into something more useful, like home insulating materials). B&H must spend 20 bucks a year printing and mailing me those silly catalogs yet I WILL NEVER BUY FROM B&H ELECTRONICS - NEVER. To only say they are dishonest would be overly kind. Would "*** of the earth" be too strong? I don't think so. And smart business people they are not! Avoid B&H like the plague.
