Bounced check.
BGI Rentals seem to get offended when I cut the yard service off till payment cleared on yards that I serviced. The check bounced at Chase bank.
The bank stamped the check insufficient funds. They told to try and cash at check cashing. Lucy is the lady that told that they only put so much money in the account. I'm just saying if you give a person a check it should have funds to cash that check.
Sure their policy requires valid payment on rent. Attitude about this was a negative approach on the office personnel. Read their reviews. Beware of aware of this BGi.
Spoke to a few tenants only to hear that is the same all around with BGI rentals. Good luck .Run and don't look back.

Dishonest Business Practice
I did business with BGI Rental is because they bought a property I was renting for someone.. Never would I have chosen such a unprofessional company!
Any opportunity they have to take your money they will!
Make sure to read your lease terms and put everything in writing with these people!
I have not received my security deposit because they are stating I didn’t provide a 30 day notice of intent to move and they received notice in amble time and I have documents! I will most likely have to go to court but that’s ok too!
Make sure Nothing is verbal with these people, everything should be written!!
