I need help!

I have no cell phone, no landline phone, no TV, and just one laptop. I moved into my current apartment on August 1, 2020. Since then, every month you have been taking NIS 199 out of my bank account. And never sent me an invoice saying what I am paying for. I need a customer service email address so I can continue communicating with you. In English, please. Thank you. CANCELLATION OF MONTHLY CARD PAYMENT "MISPAR RICUZ 579****"

Hi , My Visa Cal card is being charged a monthly fee by Bezeq of NIS 176.88 I do not use your services and have not done so since November 2019 when the contract was cancelled, please can you do two things: -Immediately cease the monthly charge -Refund me for the last twelve months payment you have taken from me. Always problems since the beginning

So me and my girlfriend moved to Israel and of course we needed internet. We had been told that Bezeq was the way to go and was the main supplier. We experienced the opposite. from day 1 we had problems, then it was on then it was, then it was slow and so on. We even got a guy that ''fixed'' it for us multiple, end result: It didn't do nothing. People if you want a word of advise, are you in need of internet in Israel don't get Bezeq. Sometimes it doesn't and often it's super slow, I've seen trees grow faster.

BEZEQ PROVIDED TERRIBLE SERVICE ISRAEL

REGARDING BEZEQ HORRIBLE SERVICE SERVICE: We had a person visit us today claiming to be representative of BEZEQ. If he was I do not know how is it possible that a company like BEZEQ would higher this NON-SERVCE ORIENTED and OFFFENSIVE PERSON. We received a horrible treatment at his hands. Half of the time he spend with us was not at our house. He kept on coming and going and talking on the phone and SMSing, together with telling us that he cannot finish his work because he does not have time. Today is 22.8.16 the so called "service" was given today at around 12:30. His name is SHAY MADAR although I do not know if this is his real name. We have attempted to contact the customer service and they have not rendered service as needed. We are very disappointed in BEZEQ especially as it is billed the company with the greatest service around. VERY DISAPPOINTED. He walked around our house without being accompanied. WE CAUGHT HIM ON THE BALCONY TALKING APPARENTLY ABOUT HIS OWN BUSINESS AND SMSING REFUSING TO RENDER SERVICE TO US. I ASK YOU INVESTIGATE THIS FURTHER AND FILE THIS AS COMPLAIN. Bezeq Internet Service in Israel is the Worst

I am posting this in all groups I know in Israel including the Bezeq Facebook Page. BEZEQ The worst internet service I have ever seen in my whole life. It´s a internet service in Israel, their service doesn´t work, technical support is not efficient, most of the representatives do not speak english, when they finally answer almost 2 hours later, say it´s fixed and 10 minutes is already unstable and slow. I hope someone from Bezeq will see this complaint and do something. They do not respect Olim Chadash! I am calling to cancel and they don´t answer. Can anybody help me someway?
