Order not right for the second time
My first order was chicken Caesar chicken wrap with extra Caesar sauce. I didnt get extra Caesar sauce on my chicken wrap and I was charged for extra Caesar sauce. My second order on another day I got another chicken Caesar wrap with extra Caesar sauce and I didnt get the right sauce on my wrap or or on the side.

No response back but that is ok
As the General Manager of a restaurant, I am turned off by the customer service. I've already expressed my thoughts to the management and do not need a call back.
It took 35 minutes to get two smoothies and a wrap. Third party orders were made over and over before the 4 customers inside were taken care of.
If this is how you lead then all you will end up with is third party. And we all know we don't like paying 3rd party fees.
