Cancel and refund subscription
Call didn't go through. I was unable to speak with anyone.
It cycles through some type of robocall and nothing happened. It is very frustrating.

Sneaky Subscription

Being charged even though unsubscribed! Can’t contact by phone or email
I unsubscribed after discovering there would be a quarterly fee yet was still charged! The phone number attached to this company is fake! I emailed them with no response!

This company is billing me multiple times in the same day for services I do not have with them. I paid for a book I never received, so I unsubscribed.
This was months ago. Now, today, Beyond Body has tried to hit my card four different times with four different amounts, all today. Good thing I caught it and blocked them from my card.
I tried to call them, and no answer, of course. Never again.

Verified ReviewerThey charged me over $30 for a book I was to get for free. They offered me a 50% refund as my only option so I took it. The same day the refund hit my acct, so did a charge for the exact same amount

1) I signed up for the free book with app purchase.
2) I was charged for the app in one transaction and the book in another.
3) They refused to refund me but offered a 50% refund as my only option.
4) I accepted...got a confirmation...the same day the 'refund' hit my account, so did another charge for the same amount as the refund!
5) I have emailed them, which is the only way to contact them—no phone—eight times with a screenshot attached of the charge and 'refund,' and they are now saying it's my bank's fault! They must have done something! Are you kidding me?! I just want my money!

- - Purchases were made at night while I was heavily medicated and not lucid.
- - Refund offer was 50% of one charge after I said a medical note would apply.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I emailed and they finally refunded me.
I informed them I would send a doctors note to be refunded and they said they would only give me 50% of one charge back. I am not okay with this. I was not of sound mind when I made purchases at various retailers. I was depressed and on strong meds of which I informed them.
I should be able to submit medical note and be refunded because I was not lucid. So frustrating that they would take money from an unhealthy heavily medicated person after being informed of such.

They don't honor ANY of their offers...then they don't refund you...they shouldn't have charged me AT ALL for their book, but they did, then refused to refund me, only to offer a 50% refund, but the day I received it, I also received ANOTHER charge for that amount from them so my refund was "zeroed" out and meant nothing ..they then BLAMED MY BANK FOR MAKING UP A FAKE CHARGE TO ELIMINATE THE REFUND!!! I want my $41.77 back immediately. I am also disputing the charge with my credit card company, they are much easier to contact and get ahold of. I finally got to cancel just now without being threatened with more charges.
Your book was NOT directed towards me. Nowhere in my answers did i say 1/3 of my recipes should include tofu.
It is a useless book. full of nothing different than can be found on the internet for free also.

Terrible don’t do it
Not only would they not issue a refund for a product I havent used and dont want. To get out you need to pay 40$ to cancel so you dont get charged the whole amount again
