Overpriced non luxury building

This complex is not luxurious enough for the price. The fire alarms go off every week in the middle of the night / mornings when residents have to go to work.

Walls are paper thin which is annoying to hear literally everything around you. The amenities are wack. The parking garage was build Dumb !! An accident can occur any day now.

You home is suppose to be your peace and its not very peaceful here .

The price is just NOT right. A complete rip off

I concur with all points made. The surge in crime is alarming, ranging from robberies in parking decks to armed assailants invading homes.

Additionally, it's concerning that the property manager lacks experience managing complexes, having only worked with motels. My advice: steer clear.

Im contacting your department regarding me being sexual harassed by a maintenance manager at the apt community named: Bexley Powers Ferry: 1945 Powers Ferry Rd Atlanta, Ga 30339. I reported the maintenance manager named Samuel Carroll sexual harassing me, and making several sexual advances towards me.

I emailed the property manager (Anajli Bhanot) screenshots of text messages, and a call log between myself and the maintenance manager corresponding. I also gave her very detailed descriptions of each incident that transpired, and she told me a investigation was going to take place. She also insisted that if it where her in the same position she would move out, and that she would grant me (a early termination with no penalties nor fees). Her main concern was me moving out to eliminate her having to investigate the matter, and resolving the issue the correct way.

I knew something was wrong when, I saw the maintenance manager still working everyday around the property as if nothing was reported. Sexual harassment is a serious matter, and for him not to have been (suspended, put on leave, nor fired) was a clear indication that they didnt do anything about what I reported. I was then informed by a employee at Bexley powers ferry that they witnessed the entire staff including the maintenance manager: Samuel Carroll and the property manager Anjali Bhanot talking about the sexual harassment claim the same say I reported it. It was stated by the property manager: (Dont worry Sam Im going to make sure that you keep your job, and I have something Im sending to corporate).

The employee also witnessed the other employees state: (Sam I know youre glad that youre going to keep your job, and you want get fired now). I also emailed several corporate staff members, and only one contacted me back regarding the situation by the name of Maly Vang. We had a hour long conference call, and her only concern was me moving out as well. All she stated was that she started a investigation and talked to Samuel Carroll several times regarding the claim.

I was wondering why everyone wasnt more concerned about discipling or firing their employee that have sexual harassed one of their residents? The property manager and the corporation that is running this community (WEINSTEIN PROPERTIES) is very corrupt. The property manager, and the maintenance manager where in coerce with helping him keep his job also disregarding my sexual harassment claim. The property manager is also living on the property with her boyfriend who is also working here by the name of (ANTHONY EARL GRANT).

Which is (FRATERNIZATION), and is against companies polices. They also have a (pitbull) which is (a vicious animal) that is not allowed on the property which is a violation of their lease agreement. Mr. Grant is smoking marijuana around the premises which is also a violation of their lease.

Mr. Grant is breaking policy (#19-COMMUNITY POLICES OR RULES & #21-PROHIBITED CONDUCT), and they are breaking their lease per (ANIMAL ADDENDUM) having a pitfull as a pet which is a (PROHIBITED DOG BREED) on the property. There have also been several employees wrongfully terminated at the Bexley Powers Ferry by Anjali Bhanot due to her personal issue she may have with them. There have also been several reports of residents reporting that their personal belongings have been stolen out of their apts.

The only individuals that have access to the residents units are the maintenance staff.

It have been reported by a resident that they seen Samuel Carroll go in a resident apartment, and steal their belongings out of their apt. This company are covering up (sexual harassment cases, fraternizing with employees, stealing resident properties out of their units, and wrongfully terminating employees).
