Bought a watch not long ago from Bevilles Online. It has now stopped working.
Emailed them, no response. then I called them and advise they are not dealing with customer directly after 90 days. I have to contact Fossil myself. I have to post the faulty product back for them to check on MY OWN EXPENCES.
What a joke!
It is still under warranty and I have to pay to send a faulty product back!
I will contact my bank to charge back. and will raise my concern with Consumer Affair!

Why to pay more when you could find the same product ( Casio G Shock 40th Anniversary Adventurer's Stone Blue Men's Watch GM2140GEM-2A )cheaper in Myer..? Bevilles customer service declined to give me better price comparison to their product.

Verified BuyerDiamonds fell out of engagement ring multiple times!
I have had a total of 4 diamonds fall out of my engagement ring on 3 separate occasions.
#1 - 2 diamonds
#2 - 1 diamond
#3 - 1 diamond
On occasions 1 & 2 I sent the ring back to Bevilles Melbourne Head Office to be repaired under my purchased care plan. 3 days after I received my ring back from occasion 2 listed above, THE 4TH DIAMOND FELL OUT.
I submitted a formal complaint to Bevilles Head Office.
Customer service failed to respond to my initial complaint email as well as my follow up email and waited until I phoned (5 times before getting through) to advise me that the jeweller, without looking at my ring, stated that it is fine.
When asking how that is possible, they were not able to confirm and continued to tell me that its fine. When questioning the quality of repair given on the 2nd occasion it was listed as a request that ALL claws be checked, yet another Diamond fell out after only having it back for 4 days.
Absolutely disgusting service and quality from Bevilles Head Office.
The only positive - the store manager at Bevilles Blacktown was lovely and very helpful.

You have the worst customer service and products. You sold me a faulty diamond bracelet and refused to replace or refund me within 24 hours of me buying it and it breaking.
The customer service yesterday was fine, what happened to the customer service today? I will never be buying from your dodgy store again. I am also lodging a complaint with fair trading about faulty goods youre selling. Also, your employees berated me so much in the store, to the point of ignoring every other customer that came in just so they could all stand there and intimidate me to leave and accept you wont do anything.
That is such disgusting behaviour. You deserve to be reported to every corporate retail body.
I have come home and called Payright - the company they told me to do my payment through yesterday - I never asked. They told me it was closed today and thats another reason they couldnt help me.
I called them. Theyre open.

Bought in 2020 in COVID have purchased 5 to leave to my 5 granddaughters when l pass but l ring diamond has fallen out .it cost $950 on special ,took back to plenty valley Westfield,but was told l will have to pay $190 for 1small diamond to be replaced ,l think bevilles should wear the cost ,l only wore the ring for 6 months .

Necklace Review
Silly me not having any idea where I was ordering from spent 42$ ordering something in October to never get it so bought a name necklace from Bevilles for 30$. So thanks for nothing.
