Beverly Hills Roses - Customer Care Review

ordered from beverly hills roses online a week before valentine's day. they asked for preferred delivery time and told them anytime between 10 to 4pm. or could stretch until 5.30pm. on valentine's day i was trying to reach them by phone, email and whatsapp as delivery has not been done. no response from their customer service team!!! tried after valentine's and still no response.me and some of those who didnt receive the valentines delivery left a negative review on their fb page . a few days later, 5 star reviews were posted praising the shop for "on time" delivery. clicked on some of the fb profiles and discovered that these people are FRIENDS of the florist. i even have a screenshot of one of the fb pages.
