Kegerator Cooler, Model #BR7000SSOD is not cooling, current temperature is 67 degrees and every attempt to lower the temperature has been unsuccessful. Could be a freon issue and might need recharging.
By no means am I a pissed customer.
I just want the unit to be serviced to restore the unit to it's original working condition. :-)

Bought a wine cooler for $1200, which only lasted 2 years. Had a service technician come out to repair.
He called Whynter customer service and was told these units have many problems, but they would not sell him the parts. Told him I would have to call them directly. So, i called them only to be told they would troubleshoot over the phone and then sell me the parts.
they would then send me an email with detailed instructions to do the repair myself. The other option was to ship the product to California and pay for shipping both ways, parts and labor.
