Car issues AGAIN
- 2020 Toyota Camry backseat flooded again, third time with mildew smell.
- No rental car until Monday; lemon law denial due to carpet plug.
This is now the third time that my 2020 Toyota Camry has flooded in my backseat. I just had it in there a month ago and they said that they had fixed it and I got in my car the other day and it smells like mildew yet again and my back floorboard is flooded.
When I called Toyota they dont have a rental car for me till Monday and they said that is not considered under the lemon law because it was not the AC hose that was clogged this time it was some sort of plug underneath my carpet that was the problem. So now here I am again with a five-month-old baby and my car filled with mildew with no rental .
I think its about time that my car should be replaced considering that Ive been paying my payments on time I have less than 15,000 miles on my car and this is the third time that this is happened to me. This is becoming a little bit ridiculous

Dishonest dealership
- Made a firm deal with Bev Smith to buy a car at an agreed price with cash, but the manager refused to honor trade-in promises and hid.
We made a deal with Bev Smith to purchase an auto at an agreed upon price. We were told repeatedly that this was a firm deal and I showed up with cash to purchase the auto at our agreed upon price.
We repeatly expressed the fact that the trade in was not part of the deal origionally discussed, but to make the deal happen the salesman and his manager repeatedly reassure us that we had a deal. When I showed up to pay in full for the car the trade in manager refused to honor the promises repeatedly given to us on multple times. The manager cowardly hid in his office and refused to honor the promises of his employees. We were loyal Toyota customers and have always had our autos serviced by the dealers.
We will now not only never purchase from Bev Smith Toytoa agen but will never buy another Toyata. This was the most dishonest, disrespectful encounter I have ever expirence.
