Do your research and make sure you don’t get tricked in these bad contracts deals

I contacted BBB for a complaint because people need to be aware of how they do business. I also contacted Attorney General cause it’s not fair that they hide behind contracts and paperwork just to make a commission. Okay I will properly sue your company

This dealership is bad and shady. They don't play fair when it comes to their customers.

They messed me up so bad on my 2025 Kia K5 that it goes all the way back to last year when I had the 2024 Kia Forte. I don't understand how they are still in business, but never again will I own a car or do business with them.

And Bev Smith Toyota is also at fault; they have unethical business practices. Stay away from both!!!

I bought a 2019 Kia Sorento from Bev Smith Kia in 6/2021. At the time of purchase, I was promised that Kia will fix my steering wheel noise and trunk noise.

I called multiple times to get my car fixed, but they never returned my calls. Finally got to speak to someone when I brought in my car for an oil change and not only they don't fix anything, THEY ALSO HIT MY CAR! So they promised to fix my car again... Let's just say this happened in October 2021.

A new service manager finally told me to bring my car in (May 2022) and no surprise!!! I go to pick up my car a month later (June 2022) and my car is still has the same damage. They took my loaner and gave it to someone else, they kept my car to supposedly fix it AGAIN! Oh, and I found out today that the new service manager I was talking to is no longer there.

This place needs to get their act together.

3 service managers in a year, they do not return calls, they do not follow up on their promises! It is ridiculous the amount of money one pays for a vehicle, and they can even do one thing right.

No warning signs

I am in need of your help, my car i bought from Bev Smith is sitting at the Kia dealership in Orlando. My engine locked up on me after me only putting 49k miles on it only has 99k miles on it and now I am stuck with no car & a car payment.

What do I need to do? Do I have any kind of coverage to help me? I cant afford to put a engine in my car. It never gave me no warning signs.

I am really upset with Kia, I am not a happy customer. The lady in the service dept. @ Bev Smith in Ft. Pierce told me I was covered & then the lady in Orlando Kia West tells me I am not.

Could I trade my car in? How do I get this matter fixed. I can not afford to install a 2k or 3k dollar engine. I am a single mom of 2 boys and I put all my trust into this car and this is the thanks I have gotten in the last two days.

sorry for venting...

I have heard that Kia cars has been burning oil & engines have been locking up. I am a victim to a default in KIA & consumer affairs was no help either.

Took the flyer I get every couple of weeks to bev smith kia this am. I was the 6th in line.

The older lady in front of me turned around and said "I really do not like that man at the table, he is rude and unkind". As we stood in line each person that took a turn was given the 3rd degree by this man .When it was my turn I handed him the flyer and he smart mouthed You are not this man. I said no , he is my husband. He actually asked for his id to prove it.

So I pulled a copy of my husbands licence and showed him. Then he asked ME for id to prove I was married to him. I just stood there and said......Really, No where on the flyer does it say I need to bring proof address, marriage licence etc, all for 2.00-5.00 gift. REALLY.

What next.....blood sample to prove I am the pperson on the flyer. He was looking down his nose at all who came in, treated all like trash and was VERY rude. If he does not like his job he needs to find something where he does not deal with the public. He is the main reason that if we were to afford a kia we would go back to West Palm Beach to buy before we would go to the one in Ft.

Pierce just because he is there. Bad for your business.

Free tires and battery is a hoax

bought my kia forte ex in 2010.they a promo of free tires and battery for life if you do maintenance in the dealership which i did since buying the car brand new last 2010 even if i live 130 miles from them. i had only 26,000 mileage on my car.3 days after a change oil and rotation, the car was pulling to the left.i had it check by a tire center that recommended a tire change because the tire is separating.

i called the customer's service, informed them of the problem.the said, they cannot change the tires except if thread are below 2/32.

what??? they don't care about their customer's safety and lives.I spend $600 to change my tires.

I totally agree that Bev Smith Kia's free tires for life is a hoax because they make you jump through hoops in order to get the "free" tires but if you look at your original bill of sale it's not free you pay $2,000 for it in the price of the car. So it's a scam.
