On December 26, 2015 Maria from Betty Blue came to my home to collect her fee for providing us a housekeeper. She was supposed to bring the housekeeper with her. We had already interviewed several housekeepers, so we knew which one Maria would be bringing. When Maria arrived, she said the housekeeper was busy that day and since it was the holiday season and the woman wasn't going to start work until January 4, 2016 it wasn't an issue. Maria took her $500 fee and gave us a contract with a SIXTY DAY warranty. On January 3, 2016 we received a phone call from the housekeeper stating that she was sick. I spoke to Maria at the agency the following day, Monday. She said the woman was extremely ill and she'd report to work once she was well. On Wednesday, January 6, 2016 I again spoke with Maria at the agency, the lady was getting better so we agreed to have her start on Monday January 11, 2016. On Saturday January 9, 2016 I again spoke with Maria at Betty Blue to confirm the lady was starting on Monday January 11, 2016. She assured me the lady would arrive at my home by 8:00 AM Monday January 11, 2016. Well, that didn't happen. After the woman was more than 20 minutes late, I called the lady and it was at that time she informed me she was again sick and that she had spoken to Maria at Betty Blue and Maria was aware that she wouldn't be showing up for work. I told woman don't bother showing up, after all I don't want an irresponsible employee. I then called Betty Blue to complain and got a machine. More than an hour later I have yet to get a call back even after leaving a second message. When was somebody going to call me to inform me no housekeeper was coming to work today? SEVENTEEN days after receiving my check for the agency fee I have yet to have a housekeeper to show up and do one minute of work. In the meantime, the clock is ticking on my warranty and Maria can't even call back to apologize and send me a responsible worker. I feel as if I've been conned. This is the LAST time I'm using Betty Blue and I've been using them for YEARS, in fact the housekeeper that works two days a week we got from her 20 years ago. However, the reason we contacted Betty Blue again is that housekeeper is getting old and she has health issues and said she'd stay until we got somebody else.

Preferred solution
I either want Maria to send me somebody good and start the warranty date from the day the person starts or I want a full refund.
