Great asha stone, terrible company

I ordered a solitare asha ring. When it arrived, my husband snipped off the little white tag for me to try the ring on. The stone was very cloudy. I was embarrassed to show it to anyone. The next day I wrote to betterthandiamonds to return it. Before they got around to responding, I cleaned the ring and it turned out to be lovely. It was their response that was just beyond belief. They advertise a 40 day return guarantee all over the web site. Buried in the fine print, way, way down in the return information, is a note that they will accept nothing without the security label. Turns out that the little white tag with no printing on it, is a security label. That this cannot be removed, needs to be made clear on the website, not buried on a different page you have to search for. How many people are going to wear a ring with a tag on it? Their 40 day claim is ridiculous. They state they have no warranties, but they have this 40 day return policy. Well, if something does wrong with the ring....you have no tag so you can't return it? I was told that the ring could not be returned and what's more there could be no problems with the ring, as all rings were inspected before they were sent out! My ring was sent out dirty, someone missed it but fortunately it cleaned up. I shudder to think what recourse there would have been if there was something really wrong. Asha stones seem wonderful but be vary wary of this company.

Please Help with reviews

I ordered from this website, have not received any confirmation for my order. I have called them and had to leave a voice message. They have odd sounding recording and any extension choosen take you to VM. When my husband called, they called him back but gave him NO information on our order but assured him it was shipped. They claim to have been in business for over 18 years but I can find any other information on them. I have looked online for days now and nothing comes up. Has anyone done business with this company?? Can you please give your reviews if you have.
