Had an email 6th off June asking if I would like a replacement. I sent them an email back next day yes I would like a replacement told them the dates my wife is in .had no reply back.

Betterbathrooms, Battle for refund on faulty goods

This company advertise on the internet and seemed reputable and had very competitive pricing for the bathroom suite I wanted. I ordered the suite eventually through them as they quoted a maximum 3-5days delivery which was critical. It took 8 days. The bath waste supplied did not fit the bath and was returned via their couriers for a full refund, 5 weeks later I am still waiting. A basin tap supplied was faulty but they would not replace it until I tried to fix it myself. Eventually I had to purchase the same tap again so they would replace it and give me a refund. Surprise, surprise 2 weeks and waiting. I spend 20mins at a time to speak to customer services and get nowhere, I have e-mailed constantly which have never been replied. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the plague. I now have my credit card company looking into it and will report them to trading standards.
