I was ordering Patanjali,cow ghee,Patanjali dish wash ND Bikano besan laddu,an amount of Rs. Paid to blinkit through sbi account no.xxxxx110,blinkit ref IGAQMNTY8 but order could not be confirmed.Therefore requested to refund my money Rs.592.

I need someone to talk to, regarding a replacement dual flush button system..there are not any on the website, and no contact number for customer service..!

I have sent an email, but, no one replies. I0f someone in replacement parts can call me..thank you..!

I too am pissed off.!!

Can't get to talk to anyone, and when you do, it's an off shore call centre..!

the person wanted to much information, i could not supply. All i wanted was a replacement item.!!

Said they didnt have my item in stock so I asked for a refund and its taking weeks and weeks of emails back and forward asking the same stuff when if you look on the website theyve got the item in stock but theyre saying that they need to give me a refund but theyre actually give me a refund theyve asked for my bank details about 10 times and I still havent got anything phone them up and thats pointless too

Had an email 6th off June asking if I would like a replacement. I sent them an email back next day yes I would like a replacement told them the dates my wife is in .had no reply back.

Betterbathrooms, Battle for refund on faulty goods

This company advertise on the internet and seemed reputable and had very competitive pricing for the bathroom suite I wanted. I ordered the suite eventually through them as they quoted a maximum 3-5days delivery which was critical.

It took 8 days. The bath waste supplied did not fit the bath and was returned via their couriers for a full refund, 5 weeks later I am still waiting. A basin tap supplied was faulty but they would not replace it until I tried to fix it myself. Eventually I had to purchase the same tap again so they would replace it and give me a refund.

Surprise, surprise 2 weeks and waiting. I spend 20mins at a time to speak to customer services and get nowhere, I have e-mailed constantly which have never been replied. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the plague.

I now have my credit card company looking into it and will report them to trading standards.
