My package was delivered to a locker and I did not receive my code.
I was told the package was delivered, but I didn't receive the locker. There's no way to reach the driver and no firm communication.

Lost package(s)
Better Trucks received my shipment on October 31, 2025, at Franklin Park, IL. Bound for St.
Louis, MO, they sent it to their location in Louisville, KY. It's been there since November 4th. I called the Louisville, Kentucky, location on Monday based on their Google listing.
I was told they would locate my package and contact me. Now that Google listing has been removed, and the phone number is disabled.

Horrible Delivery Service
Never delivered my package. Can't get in touch with them.

No logistics
Better Trucks has no customer service, their responses are null and void. Makes you feel as though they are scamming you.
Why is my package not getting delivered
Be careful when using this company because they don't deliver your packages. Twice now I've had my package not delivered from this company with no communication to me about it until I had to email them. They told me in two separate incidents that they couldn't deliver my package because of an issue with my address however when I decided to go with FedEx I didn't have any address issues.
However, when I looked up my tracking number with Better Trucks, it still shows that my package is on the way to me. However, Better Trucks also informed me that they sent the package back to the retailer, but the retailer said they have not received it. Meanwhile, I did a reorder with the retailer and within 2 days my package got shipped to my address with FedEx with no issues. I'm beginning to think Better Trucks are either incompetent, stealing my packages, or both!
Unfortunately, the retailer said it's not up to them which carrier they utilize to deliver their items and it's a real shame. I don't believe Better Trucks is a good service and they seem very shady!

Deliver issue
12/01 & 12/04. I got a confirmation message from BT and immediately i went to pickup my package but nothing there.
Same happened twice. I am almost certain that the delivery driver intentionally caused this situation, and I strongly filed a complaint.
However, you did not investigate the incident that occurred on December 1st at all. And now, the same thing has happened again today.

Honestly, I never experienced that. My address label says Commerce Township; they delivered in Warren. I totally don't see a similarity in name.

Awful drivers
Your driver did not put my order in my mailbox and left it out in the open, so I found the package in the trash and someone stole my order because your driver didnt even try to do his job

I have a kiosk in my apartment that blatantly says to not leave packages in common areas! No way to contact them for my package! The tracking number they gave doesn't exist!

Hello,
My package of three items has been marked as delivered on 8/20/25 at 12:32pm. However i have not received it.
It was a total of three items. A sweatshirt, washi tape and vintage paper. I tried to call but you do not seem to cs call support.
I waited a few days to see if package would show up but as of today it has not. I am assuming it got delivered to the wrong address..

Watch a showing delivered four days ago yet Ive still not received it. Tried to call, message but no response.
Package not received
I ordered and paid for two cheese greaters and only received one. One was delivered by FEDEX and USPS and delivered and the other wasn't delivered by Better Trucks.
Both were through Tiktok. I put the tracking number in and it shows it was delivered and was not delivered.
I was home at this time and no pkg was delivered by Better Trucks. Tracking number BTS_0261SMTF8S.
