I bought this and it broke it literally just fell apart while using it the picture of the product I bought off Amazon is on it and the date and what is is . Can u send me a replacement.
Yes it's about 2 years old but what I spent on it it should not have fallen apart. Proof of purchase is also in the picture.

This Rollibot portable ac window unit simply stopped producing cold air after being in storage. I assume it was a defect or slow coolant leak.
The company offered to fix it for 85 dollars, plus shipping, plus parts.
By that time, I'm guessing I would be out $200 for a unit that was defective. It was beyond the warranty period, so they waved their hands of taking full responsibility.

They also have an option of keeping an AC unit that is leaking Freon in my apartment for up to a month while they try and file a claim with the shipper. Unfortunately they will only do that if I can go back in time and take pictures of myself as I opened the package.
The picture of the sealed, smashed box soaked in oil and starting to fall apart is not good enough for them. Dont buy anything unless it is indestructible or you enjoy fighting with *** in customer service centers

I just received the replacement for my purchase. This item is in worse condition than the first one!
Again there is oil on the outside and inside of the box, the vinyl straps meant to hold the box together for shipping were on the inside of the shipping carton which was pathetically held by a few pieces, and I mean 6 pieces of tape! The molded styrofoam inserts fell out in pieces as I removed the box top. This unit is not assembled correctly, or should I say reassembled? The vent panel on this unit is obviously secured improperly as there is a 3/4 gap between the vent panel and the body of this unit.
And like the first one I ordered, this unit is covered in oil!
I feel like Im being punked! Is this company in the habit of sending rewrapped garbage returns as new?

Called during business hours. No answer.
Will try again. I am concerned. I returned the scooter a few weeks ago. No refund.
No word from vendor.
I hope a haven't sacrificed purchase price and cost of return. RSVP.

I cancuan order through Best choice online prior to them shipping a product. They emailed me a Cancellation Confirmation, but 4-5 hours later they charged my credit card and shipped the product! They refused to send me a Paid return label after Amazon and I emailed them.
