Need refund
- Back pain led me to buy a Groupon.
- Calls went unanswered and Groupon was refunded.
- They don’t accept my insurance; I’d rather use it for PT.
Worst place ever I had a lot of back pain I saw nice reviews and purchased a Groupon. I tried to call them many times but they never pick up the phone.
I scheduled online after struggling for few weeks finally they called me and left a voicemail to refund the Groupon coz they dont accept my insurance. I didnt know that they have to go through the insurance in order to see the patient.
It would be better if I would go through my insurance and join physical therapy classes instead of buying this Groupon. I am very disappointed.
