Yes, I've contacted the Company only to have form letters full of instructions to follow in order to redeem players winnings. I've heard and seen all I need to.
Zula Casino will not pay this winner. The reason...too many different reasons to count.
All were verified. I was playing with sweeps coins, I won over $600. I played it down to $400 and began Zula/ tumios redemption process as per Zula Casino and their third party identification verifier. I could write a book, so I'll just list a few things they pulled
1.
They claim I have too many accounts
2as per instructions, after drop down menu, choose amount to redeem is nowhere to be found.
3. My pictures are too blurry (Zumba Third party identification verifier takes the pictures).
4. My bank document as a PDF is too large for Zula.
5. My bank details don't match.

My birthdate doesn't match. And, so many others. I've sent them over 40 documents to no avail. I have played that $400 down to $180 still they won't pay the balance of my winnings.
I call false advertisement.
I'm thinking Class Action Lawsuit. I know I'm not the only unpaid player at Zula Casino.com

An awful gaming app and has cost me money. I withdrew £30 and £40 and it said thank you for your withdrawal but I didnt get it customer service said its being reviewed that was ages ago and Im still waiting and the cheeky beggars are sending me texts to go and deposit more money which will give me a bonus DONT use this app its shocking they just want your money
