Avoid At All Cost ! Beth’s Braces is over Priced Prejudice!

Buyer Beware! I have been going to Beth's Braces for over three years. I once felt great about choosing to do my treatment here. I felt special every time I came into the office people greeted me by my name and we used to have small chit chat (customer service was wonderful). I was told by Dr Beth that I should only be on these trays for two years (remember this part especially if you are thinking about Invisalign). Lets skip ahead to 3 1/2 years later, I am finally done with Invisalign, but wait! I thought it was supposed to be 2 years what happened you might ask. Well during the three and a half years Dr Beth decided to do several new scans because she messed up when she kept filing teeth that didn't need to be filed as well as when the attachments to hold the trays into place fell off I only had two left on my teeth Dr Beth never replaced them in-fact she said it was not needed to move the teeth, the teeth did not move and she had to do new scans. What was once a friendly monthly visit became another opportunity for her to insult me indirectly or treat me like the Homophobic (not ethical) person she showed seem to be.I forgot to mention I made it patient of the month and they gave me movie gift cards that were BLANK, I didn't know they were til I tried to use them. I know and see how this office treats people and its nothing like how they treated me especially times when I showed up with my wife. (Which caused me deep anxiety during my visits). After we paid off my treatment by the end of year two this office became more Unprofessional! Their friendliness became insults, the Dr even stopped listening to me when I had a concern about the way my teeth were moving, her answers were always I don't know while she made no eye contact. Lets jump to the end of this nightmare. I sucked it up and finally got to get metal retainers (not what I wanted and they knew this) Dr Beth insisted on them, only to have Dr Beth adjust them so much it messed up my jaw andstarted to click badly! Basically I wanted to go to Invisalign retainers (I told them this several times during treatment) but I put all of my trust that when the good ol Dr suggested to go on metal retainers to close a tiny gap that she seemed bothered by so I went for it. Those retainers and her adjustments messed up my jaw again and also made my teeth buck out a lot. The reason why I went to see Dr. Beth was due to jaw pain and an over bite; all she can tell me was it wasn't her fault it was science. I have never encountered such compassionless, egotistical individuals that were in customer service before. Once upon a time when a paying customer/ patient says there is something wrong or they are not happy with a service folks used to listen and be open. The only thing they are open to is not listening to you and never owning up to anything they have done. I am not sure what changed with this office, it could be the constant changing of the staff, maybe the Dr is overwhelmed in her personal life, or maybe she turned Homophobic after she received all of our payment. Whatever the answer is this was an almost 4 year old "unprofessional" nightmare. People please do thorough research before coming to any Dr! There are none Homophobic Invisalign Dr's in the Valley that are more affordable than this place. No one should have to go through this! It doesn't matter how you pay for a service you should get what you pay for. I was dismissed by Dr Beth without the Invisalign retainers (as a part of treatment she is supposed to give me a functional retainer) I was given three regular trays (hows that for a trusting 4 years relationship) and basically was asked to go away. I asked the Dr why didn't you listen to me when I said all these complaints and why couldn't she admit that these changes in my mouth were due to the adjustments that I didn't ask for (that was her decision). I am the patient not the Dr, I trusted this business when I gave her over $5k to correct my teeth and they dismissed without my a functional retainer, almost 4 years with them and now I no longer matter. Its amazing how her office became totally prejudice to me and my wife after they got paid full. Everytime I post an honest review on yelp she pays someone to delete it! Please I speak for the consumer we need to support healthier small business not those that perpetuate hate and discrimination against people who do not look or are like them. Word of advice to the “dr” listen to your patients and if you are a homophobic person do not take the person as a client if you feel that you have issues with them. I had no problem with her but I also know when i am being treated differently; I wish I saw that before lynsy said they would work with me! She took my money and did not finish the work she dismissed me after she messed up my teeth and Jaw and did not provide a proper functioning retainer! She has been reported to the Board of orthodontist, and I have a lawyer looking into this case. This is my honest experience think twice before giving this egotistical monster your hard earned money! You have been warned!

Yes Delr Beth is a horrible being who has bad racist practices as well as prejudice. I went to her and she treated me like I was a homeless person! Make America Geeat again by getting rid of people like this in businesses!
