FIX. THE.
GAME. This is not rocket science. You have the capability to put a team on it for a week and fix the insanely large amount of bugs that causes this game to crash CONSTANTLY. Stop making excuse, stop telling me "it just werks".
Fix it. No, shut up, AND LISTEN... FIX IT. FIX THE F&CKINGGAME, FIX IT.

Servers freezing while loading
Dear Bethesda I've been a member of the fallout 76 community since it came out in beta form I've paid hundreds beyond hundreds of dollars to play my favorite game fallout 76 what *** me off is the fact you still can't seem to fix your servers to stop crashing or freezing while loading or playing I think with a company getting what could be billions of dollars combined between all users you'd fix your servers to have no issues whatsoever i love fallout 76 please do something to correct this long time issue thanks your valued customer Stephen Wylesky

Great games that have changed my life since i was a kid, but we need access to live agents that can atleast get us to another phone number, or website with help on how to connect bathesda.net to an xb
no complaint, whatsoever! you guys totally rock.
Starfield is in my future today, can't waite to see new worlds.
if possible, would you please consider a call center where customers can get direction, or advice on products and services? I've had a heck of a time trying to connect my xbox to bathesda.net

I would like to simply delete my account but there's nothing to allow me to do so. Your site is absolutely horrible! It's about as glitchy as your games.
