I ordered a Bestway pool from Amazon. The wrong pool was sent. Amazon stated that they can't send a replacement (FOR THEIR MISTAKE), but I could reorder a new one and wait ANOTHER two weeks to maybe get the right size. I have tried to get a hold of Bestway, and their office is always closed according to the phone message. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BOTH AMAZON AND BESTWAY.
User's recommendation: BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND OF POOL TO AVOID ALL OF THESE HEADACHES!

I would like to receive an apology for their mistake and I would like to have a replacement sent to me ASAP. If I order another one, I think they should give me a full refund for the new one for all of my trouble.

3 months after I received this in October 25th 1921. I have this problem. I didn't deal with it until just before October 25th 22 and the guy told me it was underwarranty and I tried to do the claim. But the claim didn't process in time. I think that it should have been under warranty. However it's been a nightmare and I'm very unhappy with this company and. I'm tired of it. I don't want to buy the part I did before but I don't know because I'm sick of it. You don't have anybody here to let me know if the part is broken or not. I can't troubleshoot this stuff by myself. I'm a single woman I bought this item thinking it was gonna be a fun thing it has become a nightmare and the people helping me process the claim. And what not it's been disastrous? I don't keep records they found them then when I call back. It's not under warranty then when I call back again. It's not that's not the problem that could be something else. I'm so sick of it. I wish I were dead I'm sick of your company no one's help me and I really wish someone would contact me to deal with me I'd go. 5050 if you would but you all don't seem to give a d***. Your policies are your policies and there's no one to talk to. I'd like to speak to the owner of the company quite frankly it's really unfair Don't buy the product?
