Not pickup schedule trash day

I call they say they will pickup on Monday they dont. So I call again. They will not pick up until the next Thursday.. They say they will see if you can get a credit or they will pickup the extra trash.

This has been the service since I started using the. The office is of no help tell the same thing every time I call.

Ive had an account with Bestway for a little over three months. I continually had a problem with my trash being picked up.

They are to pickup on Thursday when I call about it they say theyll pickup Monday they dont do that either. Then its two weeks before its picked up.

They then tell you they will either see if you can get a credit if you get a credit they will not pickup the extra trash. I would like to cancel their service but they will not refund the balance in my prepaid account
