Horrible customer service

I subscribe to this particular IPTV service and the customer service is terrible. I was trying to renew my service and I was directed to download telegram to receive a password, just to renew my service. I thought I could just log in, which I did, but then I have to download telegram to get a password. That's where the problem began. I reluctantly download telegram and message David the moderator who was in turn very rude. After waiting 15 hours for a password I did not receive one from rude *** David. In conclusion do not waste your time and money on this IPTV service.
