Hi! I booked a parking in the wrong time frame and instead of pressing cancel it charged me.
I would like a refund.

I signed up for two parking places at the same time. Billed for 750 B St and 620 A St, San Diego at the same time.
I will park at 620 A St. and wish to cancel 750 B St.

He immediately explained how to resolve my problem.
No spot
When got to garage they said it was full and I had to find a different garage. Finally they let me in but charged me an additional $20 cash to park

Re: 75799**** My reservation was at 2:00 in NYC on 3/12/25 but I managed to arrive early 1:30 (it is almost impossible to arrive at a spot at the exact time when traveling to NY).
My reservation was from 2:00-8:00 PM when I came to get my car @3:45 the attendant made me pay six extra dollars because I had arrived early. Also when I got to the parking lot, the attendant had made out a ticket before seeing that I had a reservation, and said to show my reservation when I pick up my car.
It wouldnt be a problem with the same amount of money. I am requesting a $6.00 refund.

i came a half hour earlier as it is impossible to know how to arrive exactly on time in NYC, and was charged an additional $6.00. when i arrived, the attendant had already made out a ticket having not seen my reservation.
he told me not to worry about it and to show it when i came to get my car at the end. i am requesting the refund of the $6.00.

The lot only offered a kiosk to submit the tkt to retrieve my car. I inserted the ticket they gave me when I parked.
There was no option to show that I already paid for my parking. I was forced to pay again in order for my car to be retrieved. The parking rate was cheaper than I paid through your app. I feel cheated and scammed.
This happened another time at a different lot. I'm losing faith in this app and your business.

Not getting refund
Hi i had parking booked through you for may7th 130 pm booking number 72769****. I went to the place but the entry blocked saying monthly only.
So i left. Emailed parkwhiz as per your company but they are not helping.
This is very unfair and unprofessional. I lost money and time for nothing

I paid the night before and when I got to Citi arming at 501 East 61st St I was turned away and told they did not take my paid validation.
I did not get a refund and had to park in another garage!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Company reached out. P customer service was definitely helpful.
Trying to get my $ 23 back after I prepaid for a parking garage midtown that was actually closed when I arrived in the middle of rush hour.
It shouldn't be so difficult! I even took a picture of the closed gate and garage customers waiting for an attendant to show up. I waited for more than 10 minutes to no avail.
Had to turn back to attend an event nearby.

Custombest parking did nothing about my complaint er service
I booked a reservation for my pickup truck stated at what time I'd be there stated at what time I'd be leaving paid extra for not just oversized but supersize was charged an additional $5 on top of being given a hard time about them honoring the parking reservation to begin with called best parking and after several attempts they finally got back to me asked me about my complaint looked into it and did absolutely nothing about it justified the charge as it's because of the time I arrived whatever the *** that means...I arrived at the time I said I'd be there and left at the time I said I'd be leaving.
