Quit charging my credit card for nothing I bought glasses once , I am seeing charges that are not authorized, I never agreed to a monthly charge for nothing , please stop, you are getting a bad reputation if I see more charges I will report theft to authorities that handle such issues. Stop!

Horrible after purchase service. Ordered a TV stand.
Missing the screws package. Called to ask for a replacement, and because I couldn't find the order number from Bed Bath & Beyond, I was denied a replacement.
I will not be purchasing anything from this company and will leave reviews stating such. Not a happy customer!

Missing piece
- - The bed arrived with two duplicate pieces.
- - The needed part is out of stock and would ship from abroad, taking 15-25 days.
I bought a bed from them and it had two duplicate pieces. I was almost done putting the bed together when this happened.
I contact them and they said that they were out of the part I needed and that they would have to ship it from out of the country and it would take 15-25 days before I get it!!!
Im livid!!! This is ridiculous!!!

The heater that we purchased has shorted out and started a fire almost I have called them several times and they keep running me in a circle they haven't resolved anything
