- Bought a rug from Debenhams; they told me to contact Best Carpets.
- Rug is too small; I want £111 refunded to buy the right size.
Bought rug online with Debenhams but they say have to get in touch with best carpets a foreign company getting nowhere. Debenhams should be sorting this as they took my money to start with.
