Trying to return a rug
Bought rug online with Debenhams but they say have to get in touch with best carpets a foreign company getting nowhere. Debenhams should be sorting this as they took my money to start with.
Rug is too small.
Need my £111 so can buy the right size. This is disgusting and wont be dealing with the both companys again
