After purchasing a custom entrance door and immediately after it was installed, sunlight is visible around the door seal from the inside. Months after complaining, mold was starting on the solid oak trim due to air leakage from improper installation. The door seal problem was not fixed properly. Their solution to improper sealant around the door is to seal the oak trim to the tile floor on the inside of the house, and then to paint over the mold on solid oak with white paint. This is the worst company to get appropriate customer service and there is no integrity for product warranty, repairs or service once they have your money.
