Dishonesty. Original week purchased looked nothing like the online professional picture.

The return process is expensive due to restocking fees. You have a choice of 65 percent store credit. You must call the company and order to use your store credit. When I did this, they said, I did not have any credit on my account.

I had all documents in front of me and read them to them.

And a little while they came back with a much lower amount of store credit. They also would not honor free shipping for the new Wig I purchased.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I accepted a partial refund and purchased a new wig.

I was lied to about my store credit. At first, they said I did not have a store credit, as I was looking at the paperwork with the invoice and RMA number, and the store credit amount was $198.66.

When I called your company, they said there was no credit showing for me. I replied that I did know that I had store credit and the amount and the paperwork in front of me And that they were being recorded. After a few minutes they came back and said they found $184 store credit. The Wig I was buying said it was free shipping yet she charged me a shipping fee as well.

I have alopecia and elderly On a fixed budget. You all had already taken a big chunk from me by your restocking fee, then lowered my store account without any reason.

User's recommendation: Let them know that the store credit they tell you is not what you will actually receive.

At first they couldn’t find any store credit for me. I had to give them all the information I had with order number and MRN number to make them acknowledge my credit.

This is all the company is guilty of. I was confused about the amount that they owed me.

This was a very big mistake on my end. I withdrew my complaint about this issue and apologized for their inconvenience.
