THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Room had writing on the wall, and we found two baby roaches by our trash can, The heavy set gal upfront I believe her name was Sally? I couldn't really catch her name over her yelling at us and threatening to call the police simply because we were asking for our deposit back after the manager of the housekeeping crew walked through our room and verified that the room was ok to refund security deposit, I have never been treated so poorly by a "manager" on duty, you could tell she has had no home training the way she threatened us in front of other customers who were agreeing with us, we were told accounting could solve our problem in the morning but when we went down accounting was magically unavailable, I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN and I feel for the Best Western brand as it's being tarnished by such low budget employees at this location might I suggest to Steve the manager you retrain your front desk staff and maybe do your job and deal with customer issues

Rude front desk

I booked a room months in advance at Best Western Seven Seas, and made sure they knew that I wanted a room with two beds, since I'd be staying with a friend. I was guaranteed in an email that I had been given a room with two beds. When I got there, the woman at the front desk was extremely short with me, and told me that I wasn't getting a room with two beds. I told her that there must be some mistake, and offered to show her the email. She told me that she didn't want to see it because it wouldn't make any difference, there were no rooms with two beds available. I asked her if they had a roll away cot that we could use, and she said "No. The room is too small." And that was it. No apology, no help at all, just hostility. I had to leave, completely exhausted from driving all day, and find another hotel. I'm so angry that I had to pay them for the room. I emailed them later and and told them what happened and that I was upset with the way I had been treated and didn't get a response. I completely understand that mistakes happen, but no one deserves to be treated so rudely. I advise you to avoid this hotel at all costs, there are plenty of other nice hotels in the area.

Horrible hotel.. Broken refrigerator. ALL the outlets were broken in the room. Couldn't turn on any lights or charge our phones. Room was dark unless we used the loud bathroom light to light the rest of the room. Coffee straws were all used. Sheets smelled. Gap under door was big enough to stick my shoe threw. All the vending machines were broken on property. Pool lights were broken. Swimming at night is not an option unless u bring a flashlight. When I complain to the front desk the management offered me $10 and told me where the door was. They do not care.. I have tried to call the main manager for over a week. His name is Steve. He will not return any of my messages. I have submitted a complaint on the website for someone in management above him and nobody has contacted me. This has got to be the worst hotel we have never had. If ruined our trip. My kids were so upset. They wanted to leave.
