A few complaints . First , curtains falling off , I asked in check in please come fix. Next day I told them the strips on the bathtub missing g and its very slippery . Three days nothing . Today spoke to Sara. In charge and told me shell take care of it today . Nothing was fixed . Im very upset. Next , from day one no pool . Never told pool was being renovated. I told them they need to update this on web site also tell . Hotels .com not in service til December! We should know this.

User's recommendation: Call to check on pools . Also call right away hotels.com or booking.com if u have issues in ur room . Bc they ur info at front desk , manager then says will fix it and nothing gets done! Change rooms or hotels.

Car damaged and Cheated

We stayed 2 nights in june, 2008 and had our car parked by valet in a garage a little walk away. The first day the car was returned to us with a scratch the valet recognized he had caused. The front desk assured us several times, finally at paying our bill, that the manager would get in touch with us to send the damage claim to the insurance company of the Hotel, and that it would be paid shortly. You guessed: no manager called, no reaction to our subsequent letter claiming the damages either, he was never in to take our call, etcetera. Morale: Don't stay at the Best Wester Premier Santo Domingo Hotel in Madrid, Spain.

Perpahs no one called because they found out the car was damaged before the valet by camera and knew you wanted them to pay for damages you caused.
