Best Western Plus Ramkota Hotel

On 10/05 I paid for a room for my daughter & 3 grandsons, ages 3, 11 & the 9 year old for his birthday. I stayed until 10 that night. Sunday at 7 am a woman in the adjoining room was making loud noises, yelling profanities having sex. This went on for 2 hours. It was so loud that it woke up my daughter and grandsons. My daughter went down to the front desk & they called the room but no one answered, and that is all that the hotel did.

My daughter turned the TV on full blast at 85 and pounded on the walls but it still continued. She took them down to the pool and a worker said there was *** (not the word they used) in all of the pools. It took a while for my daughter to gather their belongings as this continued on in the next room.

I find it strange that the night before when we came back to the room that housekeeping was cleaning a room at 7:30 on a Saturday night. Do they rent hourly?

When I called the hotel the girl at the front desk would not forward me to the manager until I explained why I wanted to talk to him, then she was snippy & said “we took care of it” but their one phone call did not.

The hotel was more worried about who had bracelets on at the pool with their security guards walking around making sure you had one on whether you were swimming or not.

I would not recommend this hotel for any family and we will never return.
