Resolved: The 90 Day Guarantee is a Lie
After contacting the company 5 times, and them continuing to be difficult, they magically responded and refunded my money once I got my bank involved. Their policy is VERY CLEARLY stated on their website, so when they started telling me that their requests for more information and "evidence" they told me they were "following standard procedure", well if it's standard procedure, then why does it differ from your publicly stated procedure?
All in all, after wasting hours of time fighting with them, plus my additional expenses of having to have the bad tire removed and replaced after I had paid for it to be installed, then an additional trip to a shop to have a replacement tire (which I bought elsewhere) installed, I found their attitude and methods for "customer satisfaction" lacking and downright terrible.
However, in the end, I rec'd a refund, so I am marking this resolved. I will not do business with them again.

Received a damaged new tire
Purchased 2 tires advertised as new and received one tire that not only had a puncture hole but the tread was separated at the place of the hole.
The company sent the damaged tire anyways marking with white chalk, the tread where the hole was located thus fully aware of damage. I did see the damage before I took the installer because it was covered by a large priority tires.com sticker which is apparently the new tire division of best used tires.
Best used tires issued a return shipping label for the tire and apologized for the inconvenience which means they sold me one tire where I wanted a pair.

Tires were not as described
I purchased tires that bestusedtires.com described as new and the tires were not new. The customer service person did not provide any help beyond saying sorry.
I explained that to the customer service rep that it's important that the description that is provided is accurate. The servicewomen agreed but said that they could not do anything except return the tires. I spent 25 per tire installing the tires plus they thru out my old tires so i could not easly return the tires.
I was hoping that this company would provide a credit or some compensation as my installer said that the tires as used were not worth what i had paid. In other words bestusedtires riped me off

Bad Customer Service & Bad Tires
I ordered 2 tires from Best Used Tires stored them until I saw 2 more, it was past the 90 day return policy, I get that. I ordered them in good faith, that they were good quality.
The tires were made in 02 & 04, way past the 10 years manufacture date, where shops would mount tires. Then there was a broken bead on one of them. I went to 3 tire shops & none of them would mount those tires
Julio Lopez, did nothing to fix the problem, he didn't want to credit my account or send 2 tires to make it right. Then, he didn't even want to send the tires back to me. This is the WORST tire shop to do with.
I have ordered tires through them for years, a loyal customer & then Julio doesn't want to do anything! HORRIBLE

Possibility of plugs are disclosed but your website states that they are tested before selling. And that is far from the case. I received 2 tires with plugs in which 1 gave out in less than 1 day of driving about 3-4 miles

I bought 4 matched set of Goodyear tires 95-99 percent tread for 285.00. I received them in about 3 days, tread looked good.
I took the tires to the service station to be mounted 3 had holes in the sidewall, said could not mount or be repaired.
I thought about returning them, but at 32.00 a tire shipping and 15 percent restocking fee, kind of like giving them back for free, I'm not taking a chance on Best used tire selling the tires to another unsuspecting customer. Randy B.
Sounds fishy. Why are you resding or commenting if you have no issue with the tires?
Just decided to see who is randomly complaining about a company one day that you had an issue with as well but was resolved and comment on their behalf?
Maybe they should disclose which tires have plugs so buyers can make the decision to purchase or not. Not disclosing which tires have plugs is tricking customers since they know those won't sell.

Just received the last of 8 tires ordered in the last two years. First set of four snow tires came promptly in 5 days.
The next set of summer tires was ordered individually and came in 5-8 days. No problem with quality or description of product. I used a dial caliper to check actual tread depth against advertised tread.
No problem. Received good product at fair price.
