Very poor experience. I had paid around £200 for tickets for a concert in Paris in September 2022.

I had then built an entire summer holiday around this concert in July 2023.

A week before I was leaving for my holiday I went into the Best tickets website to download my tickets. I noticed the order indicated "Processing". I began to freak out a bit as my whole holiday had been based around this concert,

I then emailed them (from the contact email info they supplied on the email I had received when my order was first confirmed).

I also went online and filled out their contact enquiry form on their website.

I even received an automated email with a customer service ticket number indicating they will respond shortly.

No repsonse, I followed up a couple of times over the days prior to my leaving and still nothing.

So, I was going on holiday and had no idea if we were going to get to this concert.

Ultimately the day before the gig I got an email saying my tickets were ready for download.

The tickets worked, the concert was fabulous but Best tickets were CRAP. Stressed me out I have no idea why they have ways to contact hem if they don't respond to your enquiries.

I will never use them again.

Nous sommes Best Tickets et nous sommes aux États-Unis au Texas. Il semble que vous recherchiez une autre société du nom de "Best-Ticket" qui opère à l'étranger. Les noms sont similaires, mais nous n'avons rien à voir avec eux. Si vous regardez votre facture, vous pouvez voir que le nom n'est pas le nôtre.

Nos factures ne ressemblent en rien à ça. Leur site Web est https://***/ et c'est l'entreprise que vous recherchez. Si vous continuez à avoir des problèmes pour obtenir une réponse de leur part, nous vous suggérons de signaler votre transaction à votre compagnie de carte de crédit et de gérer la situation de cette façon.
