I just wanna start by saying this review is very long only because I want to give everyone as much information as I can and be very thorough. [PERSON_NAME] even included text messages from the technician where he admits he he didnt replace any parts.

STAY FAR AWAY!!! I try to give them the benefit of doubt after the first time this repair company came to my house for an oven repair through the Allstate warranty I got at [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] . Should have been a simple repair. Just replace the digital control panel.

Technician did not seem to know what he was doing. Trying to figure it out as he went. Did not fix it and Allstate declared it a total loss. So we had to go without an oven for 2 weeks until they sent us a check so we could go find a new oven.

Then a couple years later we bought a new washer and dryer and again decided to get the Allstate warranty through Home Depot. So about a year and a half after having the washer and dryer. The washer started making a loud noise like rocks in the tub. Again Allstate sent Best Servicers of America for a washer repair.

And Best Servicers of America sent the same technician who could not fix my oven. Allstate Warranty company had me record a video of the problem with the washer so their technicians could hear the noise and figure out what was causing it. After I sent the video to Allstate warranty company they sent 2 big boxes of parts. That they obviously felt would fix the washer.

Same tech that did not fix my oven. Tilted the washer back removed one part then put the same part back in. He said it did not need any of the parts to fix my washer. He said the washer just needed to be raised up.

So, he did not install any of them. He said the tub of the washer was just rubbing on the bottom of the floor. He adjusted the washer legs to raise it up. Then put the brand-new parts still in their boxes in his vehicle and left.

Did not run a cycle to see if it fixed the problem. So I went to try to do a load of clothes and the washer was not working and was worse than before. Now theres no sound because the tub is not agitating clothes in the wash cycle. I went to my email account to get the contact information for Best (Worst!) Servicers of [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA].

And seen that only minutes after the technician had left. I had received an emailed receipt saying that the technician had installed all the new parts. And he had printed my name without my knowledge or consent on the receipt. That sounds like fraud.

Do not use this company! They have fake reviews on their website.

They say theyre a five star review company they are REALLY a 1 star review company. Do your research!
