My problem was not resolved. No one called me back.
Very poor customer service. The recepient didnt receive the voucher, so I forwarded it to her.

I have tried unsuccessfully to use my Best Restaurant Card
- - No North Lakes 4609 restaurants accept the card.
- - Help is offered after I provide email and credit card details.
- - I won't provide credit card details.
Don't use Best Restaurant Gift Cards. They are a scam as there are next to no restaurants that accept the cards. The company just works on the belief that people will give up and not use them, thus giving the company money for nothing.
I contacted the Chat line and explained there are no restaurants available in North Lakes, 4609 that accept the card.
She then said she would get a technician to help me but I had to fill out a form giving my email address and credit card details before I would get any help.
I have no intention of giving my credit card details so you can tell me why your lousy gift card does not have any available restaurants in my area.
You company is a rip off
