TOTAL RIP OFF!!! No sense of honesty.

Beware if you have a hoarder situation!!

Make sure that you know what you have before you let these people into your house. I have sold other things and people have always made an inventory BEFORE selling. After reading many reviews, I chose Best Rate Cleanouts to help with the huge task of cleaning out my father's house. He had been a collector of many items including stamps, antique bottles, and fishing equipment.

When we first met with Chris he told us that everything would be sold and that he would clean out the house. He also advised that it would be a good idea if we were not on the premises for the sale. (That should have been a clue). I know that he sold or "took" many items from the house that were not accounted for.

He "cleaned" out the house alright but left us with a huge mess.

In his effort to "stage" he made piles of trash all around and inside the house. Needless to say, we didn't call them to come back after we realized we had been RIPPED OFF!!

They ran a sale for my father and there were some very expensive items in the house. They claimed to have sold them for short money not anything what they were worth.

They ripped me off what a bunch of jerks, don't use them. I should call the police on these guys and maybe they would stop doing what they do. Chris the owner is one slick talker who says one thing and does another. Don't trust this flash in the pan estate sale guy.

They are a clean out company not an estate sale company.

They would not know a Picasso if it hit them in the face. They would probably just throw it out.m

They ran estate sale for me in Newton and sold hardly anything and at the end of the sale they cleaned out house took the items and charged me a fortune. They should be put in jail for what they did.

I would never hire these theives to do a sale. They seem so nice at the beginning till they rip you off. What a bunch of crooks. Can they be pleased shut down.

The attorney general is looking into them to see what can be done.

If you have used these crooks and are not happy call the Massachusetts attorney general office. They should be taken off the streets.

BEWARE OF BEST RATE CLEANOUT COMPANY.THEY ARE THE WORST! TELL YOU ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER.THEY DID MY RELATIVES HOME AND LEFT THEM WITH NEARLY NOTHING.THEY THREW AWAY PERSONAL BELONGINGS THAT THEY SAY NEVER EXISTED.THEY SELL THINGS DIRT CHEAP TO THEMSELVES:THEIR PRETEND COSTUMERS AND THEN RESELL THEM TO OTHER DEALERS.THEY PRETEND TO BE NICE BUT ARE BACKSTABBERS.THEY ARE THE WORST.THEY LEFT MY RELATIVES IN A CONSTANT STATE OF WORRY AND ANXIETY,BEFORE DURING AND AFTER THE SO CALLED "ESTATE" SALE.THERE WERE A FEW FAMILY ITEMS THEY WANTED TO KEEP BUT WERE TOLD THEY COULD NOT BECAUSE IT WAS AFTER THE ESTATE SALE WAS ARRANGED.THIS COMPANY IS NOT NICE!

I would never hire them again for any sale, beware of them. I would never let them into my house to run a sale they left the house a mess. They told me they would sell everything and barely sold anything. They didi not have enough people at the sale.

I asked them what happened and they said a lot of people did not show up for the sale. They promised me they would have a lot of people at the sale and they didn't.

Best rate estate sales and cleanout ripped me off. dont hire these crooks. They ran sale and overcharged me for items I bought and refused to fix the problem..
