Avoid Best Online Holiday

I booked on the telephone a holiday with BEST ONLINE HOLIDAY on the 9/11/2023 - on the 10th I got an email with the booking details and vouchers THERE WERE MULTIPLE MISTAKES. I emailed Best Online Holidays the following

I have just checked my booking made yesterday morning - 9th Nov 2023

My surname is WARD - not Word - Interestingly the credit card I used to pay by was in my name MALCOLM WARD - BestHolidays got that right!

This means the flight booking is wrong

ATOL certificate is wrong

Transfer document is wrong

Hotel document is wrong

Also on all paper work

My wifes name Mary Brading was given as Ms not Miss

The hotel is wrong We do not want to stay at Canifor Oawra - This was never mentioned in the conversation when I booked.

When I started the booking with Lisa I definitely referred to the Travelzoo Offer

This holiday was booked via Travelzoo and the hotel on Travelzoo is AX The Victoria Hotel

The EasyJet booking is wrong

1 paid extra for two 15kg cases each way but when I checked on EasyJet web site the 15kg theres is no mention of the 15Kg hold cases on the outward leg

I paid £210 (30/night) too much for a room with a balcony The AX The Victoria Hotel - all rooms have balconies

If this is corrected to the hotel I booked AX The Victoria Hotel them I want this state on the hotel voucher

I will only go a head with if every single correction is made and a refund for £210 (payment made for a balcony)

With so many mistakes to be corrected I would prefer to get a full refund as I simply dont trust your booking system -

For me to see the final revised vouchers it took 5 weeks. BEST ONLINE HOLIDAYS have constantly refused to refund me - at one stage they offered £700 and the flight tickets but they would not cover my cost to rebook with some other travel company. AN IDENTICAL EASYJET BOOKING WILL COST £239.94 - SO BOH need to REFUND ME £910.06 plus the flight tickets that is £1150 minus £239,94 equals £910.06 plus the flight tickets. They refused.

As of today I don't have every part of my booking corrected. I am sure that I should have been refunded as there must be some cooling off with a booking - I asked for a full refund on the 10/11/2023 less than 24 hours after my phone booking. There's another irony - The original details including the ATOL certificate, Flight booking, Transfers, Hotel Voucher (wrong hotel) were all in the name of Mr Word.

Paid for by me Mr Ward. So did I ever make a booking?

According to Best Online Holidays I did and also they refuse to make any refund
