No accommodation given for natural disasters

Many companies have "final sale"/no refunds given policies, but I have to believe (and have experienced)that most companies will accommodate a consumer who has been severely impacted by a natural disaster. Because of a natural disaster, I am unable to use my pre-purchased tickets. Best of Vegas will not provide a credit, refund or release the tickets to me, so on top of the natural disaster, I also am out a significant amount of money for the tickets which will now go unused. Terrible customer service in both policy and by Best of Vegas employees. My advice is to purchase your tickets with another vendor that has a goodwill clause for significant hardship situations and where compassion should be part of running a good business.
