Finally got my money back today minus the cost of sending the item back which on their website states that they would cover it!!! Not holding my breath.

I tried emailing, calling and Facebook numerous times to get to this stage.

They never reply and phone is always on answer machine.

I will never use this company again.

poor poor effort.

I wish I'd found these comments before I bought a set of personalised photo dart flights from these idiots.

They sent me someone else's flights and now I can't get hold of anyone. As others have said, the phone is either constantly engaged or you just get the answer phone and nobody calls you back.

Emails go unanswered. I'm now going to go through the Paypal route to try and get my money back.

These flights were a Valentine gift for my other half, so now I'll have to spend more money on some bloody chocolates!!!!

Why are companies like this allowed to trade??

***, been waiting a week now for an order that I paid 1st class delivery for . Have emailed them and they told me they will be dispatched straight away .

Still not received them to this day . Stay away

I placed an order with this company on Thursday 25/7/13, got a confirmation email which stated I would get another email when item was despatched. Never received email so was a bit worried, tried calling no answer, tried emailing no response.

I then googled and came across this forum and I went mad, convinced myself that I was ripped off, was all a scam, didnt know what I was going to do, it was a birthday gift, had no money to buy an alternative so was nearly crying. BUT then, today, Saturday 27/7/13, a package arrived... My order! Only took 2 days to deliver my order and Im in Ireland!

So I have to say dont always believe what you read and for those waiting on their orders Im sure you will get them, I can honestly say now this is the quickest service I have ever used when buying overseas and will have no hesitation in dealing with this company again. :grin

well i got to honestly say ive had no problems with them only ordered twice but after reading my give them a miss from now on

I'm very concerned, having placed an order but not received a dispatch email - which they state they'll send, no-one is answering the phone or replying to my emails.

My order is about £30 but I suspect already I'm going to have to report this company to the relevant authorities.

My advice to anyone would be to stay away from this company.

I placed an order last weak by the sounds of this I waun't b getting it.

Never in my life have I been so angry. I have also had a terrible experience with these s##theads!

I ordered from them, then couldn't make contact with them do had to do so through PayPal, then when they eventually sent the items they weren't as described so I sent them back for a refund and now the lying b####%d has said I didn't return all the goods. He even had the nerve to reply to my email saying I sent it back in a tiny envelope not big enough for the contents. Well, luckily I sent it back via recorded del and have proof it was intact a packet and not an envelope but now I have to take them to count to get my money back. Never in my life have I wishes so much bad karma on someone, but I am a believer in it and I hope they get what they deserve.

If everyone on this thread was to report them to ts as I have I would hope that they not only get fined but shut down too. Warning to all don't deal with this company, rob and Janet ehlers are scammers I ot looking to make a quick buck to no doubt pay off there near £30k debt.

Btw, all this info is available via company's house. To those who are owed money good luck, I hope we all win in the end.

Steer clear of these *** at all costs. Pay alittle extra and buy from a decent company like red dragon. I will never ever give these shisters money ever again!

And I suggest noone else does either. Looks like its small claims court for me too.

Not only do they fail to reply to emails, but they overcharge and send different items to those described and when they do reply they are rude and sarcastic. Best thing people can do is steer well clear of these idiots, they make Del Boy look professional.

why did I not see this 1st all I wated was sum nice darts for my special needs son saw the personalised stuff and thourt that would be good for him so I did ever thing paid and did the special delivery it now bien 3 week No I have gone to pay pal .now if they don't reply befor the 15th I hope to get my money .back but my boy is hart broken he thourt he was getting name on his dart and stuff . he bien crying for two day about it .

I am angy about it as well but what can we do about it .

who els have they done this to . I was a bit suspicious when all the good feed back seem to come from people in the Southend area

bought some purist phase2 darts from these people.was told be next day delivery that was 5 days ago.have tried calling them but no answer they dont reply to emails either.will hold out for another week to see what happens if i dont hear anything i will be contacting trading standard and the pdc on the hope they can warn other people about these scamsters

I am waiting darts for my 10 year old who is very disappointed to be let down. Nobody answers the phone, nobody replies to messages, clearly is company has a very bad wAy of dealing with customers and I will be taking them to Court on behalf of my son if they do not sort this problem out!

Agree with all the above. I have been chasing for months now.

They owe me £60. They take your money and if the items aren't available they do not refund you.

Wish i had seen these comments before ordering from 'Best of British Darts'...what a bunch of scammers!!!! Ordered £30 worth of stuff for my son's Xmas present and guess what....they never arrived!

After many emails and promises to resend, nothing ever received. My last email requested a refund, but never received.

Nobody answers the phone either. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

absolute load of *** this company are, i ordered products that come to £50 and then paid £6.20 for next day delivery, 4 days went by and tried the phone number which no one ever answers then sent e-mails and the kept saying that they were on there way, i lost patience and sent them an e-mail of exactlly what i thought of them and they just cancelled my order, still waiting for my money back, if this shop was a person i would of kicked there head in by now they are so irretating and totally un-professional. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS *** !!!

I ordered £70 worth of goods from this org. recently they have not delivered yet,I have called them 4 times and emailed them 4 times now they haven't responded.

The phone number just goes through to a recorded message. They have been registered on companies house for 5 years so I dont think its an intentional scam as they would have been removed if they were, I have now reported them to the trading standards agency, I suggest anyone else does the same thing so they can be contacted by the authorities and "reprimanded".
