Best of British Darts

Quite possibly the worst company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Placed an order for personalised flights for my team and some for myself they arrived and were of dispicable quality I rang and emailed several times before got an email saying send back for refund.

I did this recorded delivery and the have been in possession of my return for nearly 2 weeks now and still no refund. I have tried to contact them by phone and email and just get ignored. They should not be allowed to trade it is disgusting.

When looking for reviews in relation to the company I have also discovered that the good ones have been written by the director and company secretary what does that tell you. I want my refund and I will create if I don't get it, I'm that sort of person.

Returned an order - no refund - no communication from them but oh plenty from me and by plenty I mean I proper bombarded them with e- mails and constant messages - I kept leaving the same message over and over again ! Alas oh dear I think they got a bit fed up of me and surprise surprise - point made - refund issued - thank you very nicely - that is the only way to deal with these wannabe business people who think they run a company but in fact it's nothing more than a joke shop ! !

£3.99 "first class" delivery from Southend to Billericay, never received a dispatched email and had all my chase up emails ignored. When I finally got a reply they lied with an excuse that the payment hasn't cleared. Still waiting for a response and my darts. Appalling service, wish I read the reviews before ordering although I never would have thought that such an awful business would exist in the UK.

SCAM! Avoid at all costs.

Bestofbritishdarts do not have there own stock thats why there so much dearer than everyone else and thats why if you have the wrong stuff sent or dont get you order at all and they have to replace it or rectify it its because they have to buy it again from where ever they got it witch puts them out of pocket.bottom line is there *** merchants and i advise you not to order from them on all there reviews not one happy customer

Terrible company.

bought some darts on 31/10/14.

Paid for express delivery so my order was £56.

A week later a package arrived only to be the wrong darts!!

I tried calling, emailing and face booking the company and Janet ehlers on a daily basis but no joy.

finally today 9/12/14 I received a refund minus the cost for me sending the darts back!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Got ripped off by bestofbritishdarts.co.uk mayed a order when my personalised dart flights arrived they weren't what i ordered tried to contact them through phone and email but haven't had a reply yet.terrible company to do business with .i would strongly advise you not to use them but if your reading this its probably to late.best of british darts have really let there self's down.

Placed a £200 + order over 5 weeks ago a total nightmare no goods or refund ...I am in contact with trading standards anyone else who has suffered this appalling company please contact me at firstlinks@***.com

I have been waiting three months for an order tried ringing them for days no answer think the company does not exist

Placed an order last week, received an email to confirm my order has been placed. The email said I would receive an email once it's been dispatched (usually with in 24 hours).

After 4 days I didn't receive any thing, so tried calling. No one answers.

I emailed asking them about when the product would be sent? to which they replied 'how can I help?' - this is very frustrating. I tried calling, again no answer. Have emailed again. But no answer.

How are business' aloud to operate like this? You've taken my money but now won't talk to me?

i got a new dart board of my mum for Christmas and i am really crazy very angry about my board it is totally falling to bits i need to play darts every day as i play for the county i have had blade 3 boards and blade 4 but this one eclipse pro totally no good at all i cant go out and keep buying new boards this is the worse board iv had 3mounths old no way should go like this im very unhappy about this what can you do about this jonny gardner of redcar ts10 4dx

Placed an order for personislied darts and flights for my sons sixteenth birthday. My account was debited swiftly with the £50 order and the postage cost. Nothing has arrived.

Tried calling but to no avail, never answer the phone day or night. Have sent e mails but again no response.

The whole episode is very dissappointing, very frustrating and judging by the other complaints (which I wish I had read before placing the order)not something new. How do they get away with it. How do they sleep at night.

Will just have to put it down to experience, and remember to read the reviews of othe customers first, in future.
